AGVD RenovationsGVD were a great company to work with. They have excellent work ethic by starting work by 8 am each morning, work through until lunch, then cintinue working until 5 pm. No sitting around, playing loud music, talking on their phones. They kept the work area clean and neat at the end of each day. The final product is beautiful. GVD worked with my budget to ensure I could move forward with my siding project and afford to do so, by providing me with a couple of estimates and coming up with innovative ideas to make it work with my budget. Brad worked with me from day one and we were able to turn my little brick old "granny house" into a work of art. The guys really are amazing at their craft and it really shows. My neighbors are pleased as I continue to get compliments with the work GVD did every time I step outside. AHalvorson Mason CorpWe researched several builders and engaged with one who cheated us out of $10K. So, of course, we were very leery of choosing our next builder. Halverson-Mason impressed us with their expertise and their quality approach so we chose them. We have been living in our house since Nov'2019 and couldn't be any happier and more pleased with our house. The quality is superb and we have had no issues with anything in the house. Chris Fairfield is very professional, courteous and we can't say enough good things about our dealings with him. Also, when the locals including real estate agents heard we were dealing with Halverson-Mason, all of them told us we chose well and that we were lucky to have hired such a great company. Their engineering expertise and ability to handle unexpected obstacles enabled quick solutions to be found to complex issues. We also dealt with many of their workers and all of them treated us with the highest respect, were very courteous and very hard working. We couldn't believe how many hours they worked under poor weather conditions. Halverson-Mason also got inquiries into their services as our neighbors saw them work on our house. We highly recommend using this company with no reservations. Remember that you get what you pay for. On the coast, you want the highest quality possible as the elements will quickly erode a poorly constructed home.- Robert K.

AIt went great. We have remodeled three houses and always had bad experiences whenever we used a contractor. Kenny, owner of KTD Construction, is hands down the best contractor. His pricing is fair and often less than other competitors. He is always in contact with you throughout the project, which is rare. He is an exquisite carpenter and framer and his crew are all courteous and professional. He is a fast worker, gets the job done right and even hauls all project debris and cleans up after with great attention to customer satisfaction. Our neighbors even commented that it’s hard to find a good contractor and one that works weekends no less. Kenny will also help find sub contractors for plumbing, electrical, drywall, and if they don’t follow through Kenny will see to it that the job gets done on time and to the highest standards. If you are lucky enough to have Kenny on your job you will be a happy homeowner just like us.

ABest experience I have ever had with a contractor. While there were minor hickups, they were from manly unexpected issues, with some minor communication issues. Work was high quality and timely. Dennis on the business side was professional and patient. Slavik, the main contractor was actually pleasant to have around the house. They were not the cheapest bid we had, falling somewhere in the middle. We hired them because we had a sense that they were honest and hard working and we were not disappointed.

AAfter the most recent wind storm we finally faced the fact that we had to replace our 24 year old fence and gate. Adam Throne did ours at a very reasonable price for high quality work. He showed up on time and worked his butt off until after dark to get our fence done as soon as possible to avoid prolonged inconvenience and worry to us of having our yard exposed. He was responsive to our picky concerns and preferences, recommended solutions, tore out a couple old shrubs at no extra cost, and cleaned up and hauled off the aftermath mess. His work is high quality and our fence is strong and will last us for another 24 years or more. We are so pleased and now our neighbors want to replace theirs!

ASheCan2 is awesome. We have hired them for two different jobs now. Most recently we remodeled our master bathroom upstairs. They removed an old jacuzzi tub, tiled the floor to match the extending tile, and installed a new free standing tub. It turned out perfectly. Kim was very responsive with getting us an estimate and schedule, and Steve did a phenomenal job on the remodel (great attention to detail). We also appreciated how well Steve cleaned up the work area at the end of each day since we were still using the bathroom in the evenings. We will definitely use SheCan2 next time we have a project around the house!
