    The original install was good till they tried to add a 1500.00 bill to add a sub panel to my breaker box. They had already charged 995.00 for electricity. I had my own licensed electrician install the circuit for 300.00. After the tub was installed they were going to leave my walls torn up and ugly where they tore out tiles. They left st end of the day Thursday May 31. That night unknown to all the tun leaked into the wall and floor all thru to under my home. The next day after a second conversation with Rick they came back to repair the walls and they found the leak. A broken valve. It was repaired. I was asked to wait a day before using so the sealant could dry. My son and I went out for dinner and returned to a flooded bathroom. They sent their man out to shut off the water and look at the problem He found another broken hose. It is now June 11, and I still can not use my hot tub. It was to be completed on the 1st of June at the latest. As of right now I am still waiting. Rick said he would talk to me last Monday but instead he has a woman call to tell me new bad news. I am stressed beyond belief which has caused me extra back pain which is why I wanted a great hot tub. I have paid almost 6000.00 for this unfinished job and I could have had it done for half that thru a different contractor but USA refused to let me out of my contract without a 50% charge. So I have been as patient as possible but the stress is eating me up. If they don't come today and finish I don't know what I will do. They promised me a tub I would be proud to own installed by professionals I do not feel proud and I find them very unprofessional. There is $1000 still owed upon completion and at this point I am looking at small claims court for the damage to my walls and under my home. I don't know what to do. I am disabled and this was to be therapudic. Two weeks of stress has me in severe pain and suffering. I can not and will not ever recommend USA bath.

    The crew brought and installed the furnace heater with no set backs, everything went as planned. They delivered the furnace heater and professionally cleaned everything all for a low price! Would Definitely hire again.

Those experiences really makes me appreciate Dave because he put real effort into finding the root of the problem and not just covering the issue up.     I have used Dave for my electrical work for several years. He is always professional, courteous, punctual, and friendly. I was working on my rental home to get it ready for sale. After all the work was done, and we were placing bulbs in the outlets, I discovered the two lights in the kitchen were not working. The Realtor was coming within the next two days to list the house. I called Dave, and he was on the other side of town, otherwise he said he would come that same day. Dave came the next day and repaired the lights. Also, because he is professional and a nice person, he checked all the outlets in the home, told me which outlets I did not have to replace because they were not required at the time the house was built. I will continue to use Dave for all my electrical work in the future. I highly recommend Dave.

    I needed to get my bathrooms remodeled and install SOLAR system at my house. I called Spectrum One. They gave me a reasonable price and performed OUTSTANDING work! I love the way my bathrooms turned out and the solar panels are great, saving me a ton on energy bills. The guys were working very hard and always cleaned up every night.     I contacted this business owner in the morning about a control panel in my garage with no power.  I was told  worker would arrive at 3:30 pm named Lennon. I drove into my driveway at 3:24 pm and he had left their general business card on my door "Sorry we missed you".  He didn't bother to wait until 3:30 pm and did not leave his number on the card.
    When I called the Robert Hudson Electric main number to let him know what happened  I got his voice mail and he/the business owner never called me back to reschedule, or make this wrong right.
    A reliable business who cares about their reputation, makes an effort to communicate to avoid inconvenience. Clearly this business failed in that fundamental area.

    appointed time and went to work.  As it turns out, the old electrical system in the house was not straight-forward and took some detective work on Dave's part to figure out what was happening.  Through persistence and an obvious depth of experience, Dave sorted out the problem and fixed it.  It was a warm day and the work was difficult, but Dave maintained a pleasant upbeat attitude throughout and he has a terrific sense of humor.

    I had scheduled the work to be done approximately 2 weeks after purchasing the deal.  Initially it was to fix a light switch which wasn't working properly and to install  2 GFCI outlets in the bathroom and in the kitchen to meet  county code requirements.  I was also having problems with one of the outlets in one of the bedrooms.  It really wasn't the outlet that was the problem. I had purchased a few extra outlets because I wasn't sure which one would be needed.  When I spoke with the electrician, he told that all of the outlets that I purchased were good ones.  Since that was the case, he replaced some of the old outlets with new ones.  The outlets that he replaced were at least  30 years old, and it was time to replace them.

    That was fine. He did good. He actually did not charge me. I live out of their zone. They did stipulate that if you live out of their commuting area, that they would charge me a fee but they didn't charge me that. I think it was because he didn't work the full hour. I didn't have anything else for him to do. I think that's why he waived that fee. It turned out okay. He was very good about contacting me and letting me know that he was out of town. When he got back into town, he got back a day early. Overall, it was a good experience. I just paid the price for the big deal. I would not probably use them because I'm out of his commuting area. So to avoid that fee, I would probably go with somebody more local.
