Fast, courteous, professional! Chris was awesome - took the time to point out some of the underlying problems (hard water), showed us the problems with the previous repair and had it up and fixed in less than an hour! Very highly recommended and if we need any other plumbing work, Professional Plumbing will be our first and only stop! Thanks so much!

    RT Olson Plumbing
They were very friendly, showed up to my house on time. They were very down to earth people who showed that they cared. They did a phenomenal job on my garage plumbing. I will be hiring them again for future projects.

    ER Block Plumbing
Will NEVER use this company again for ANYTHING! Technicians that did the work were great and very professional! However, Greg Ross is very unprofessional and rude! He even hung up on us during a conversations with him today, 5/5. We had ER Block replace a section of the main sewer line in April of 2015. We discovered this past winter (2017) that they did not back fill the trench correctly. During the hard rains these past months (that never came last year) the area sunk about 12 inches in places. It also damaged a retaining wall (that we have to repair ourselves!) located near the area. We had to argue to get them to agree to fix the cave in which was obviously from them not back filling the trench correctly. Finally Greg's son David scheduled to come on May 5th, 2017 to fill the trench with DG. At 10:15 a.m. Greg was called to see what time they would be at our house. My husband was told David was in Utah and had the only truck that could preform this work. Greg did not know why his son would have scheduled this since his trip to UT had been scheduled for 6 months. He could not give us a future date as to when this service would be preformed and said he would call us back either next Monday or Tuesday. I then called Greg to explained this work needs to be completed and we have been very patient, waiting for 3 months. Greg told me he did not need to listen to me complain to him and that he was doing us a favor by filling in this trench area. He then hung up on me! Needless to say we were shocked that an owner of a company would hang up on a customer, again this is very unprofessional and rude.

    Top Service Plumbing Company
Bought an offer from Angieslist email. $98 for three hours with a plumber. Bought a water softener from Lowes and needed professional help making sure it was installed safely. The company did not send a plumber, he was more of a handyman who was perplexed on how to connect two fittings to our home that were previously installed from a prior resident. The unit had instructions which he didn't take from the bag and read. Likely because he couldn't speak English very well, much less read it at all. I had to step in and read the directions, attach fittings and install parts as he stood and watched. We put the unit in place and he used a pipe wrench to tighten the fitting nuts. 25 minutes after starting he handed me a bill for over $250 saying his boss said water softener install is normally $350 and that I would need to pay the balance beyond the Angieslist coupon. Despite his lack of a firm grasp of English, he fully understood my rage when asked to pay that bill. After a mumbling phone call to his "boss" he said his boss agreed to accept the Angieslist coupon as payment for the work. In the end, I could have (and should have) done it myself as I did the majority of the work anyway. I was a little intimidated by opening high pressure lines to the house, and had already bought the coupon from Angieslist. I had originally thought it would be helpful in getting a plumber to help with other projects we planned, but I realized I wouldn't be able to get to them before the coupon expired. I suspect this company offers this coupon and then upcharges unsuspecting customers hoping an elderly person or gullible resident will not question the practice. Had a handyman a couple years back (from Angieslist) do the same thing, also shut him down too. Seems to be standard operation for Angieslist providers.

Birdsall Construction & Remodeling & Plumbing

There were quite a bit of things they had to do. What I really like about that company is the owner, Mr. Birdsall, gives you an estimate -- a price -- and then it is that price exactly. He does not change it, even though it was about a year and a half later. He came to the house, brought everything and got the job done immediately. He did not have to run out and get a part or anything. The electrical work was all done to code, approved and everything. It took one afternoon to do the job.

    Fine Builders Inc
I recently had the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and powder room completed by Fine builders. The current powder room had a rough space that needed to have much more storage shelfs and lighting. Daniel and his team had a few challenges on their plate with the house because the existing layout was not easy layout. Daniel and his main guy were able to address all the issues with the powder room and we are extremely pleased with the final results. The actual team that performed the work, installed new drywall, sand it and paint the walls and ceiling, replacing the existing plumbing due to a past problem and low pressure, completed electrical work and installed the vanity, toilet, and flooring. Daniel provided us with daily updates on the project and more than that, he made sure that I was happy with every detail of the bathrooms kitchen and the powder room. Daniel was extremely patient and understood exactly what I wanted. I am very particular about my home and I stressed to Daniel how important it was for me to have every perfect. Daniel understood and reassured me that he would make sure I was happy with the results. Daniel and his team exceeded my expectations which is pretty hard to do :) I recommend Fine builders for anyone looking for a quality contractor to remodel their home. I will definitely be using Fine builders for future projects in my home.

    Spar Plumbing
Spar Plumbing was great!! I called and was able to get a next day appointment to install a 75 gallon hot water heater. They installed new flex hose and gas line, took a little over two hours and I could not be happier with the work and price. I would definitely recommend Spar Plumbing Inc. ARS Plumbing gave me a quote for $1,500 for the same job, telling me i needed things i didn't. I would stay away from them as I feel they were trying to rip me off.
