    Mark's Drywall Service
It was a free estimate. First of all, he came on time as he promised. Number two, he was very thorough in looking into it and did a very thorough estimate. He gave me a phone number, but when he got home he sent me an email with a detailed estimate, it looks very professional. I think he did a great job. The only reason I didn?t hire him was, I used him as a backup because at the time I was supposed to be using the insurance company?s contractor, but they were not very responsive.  I needed to have a backup to get the drywall installed before I do the repiping. I would have hired him.

It was not the best price, but it was reasonable. I would still give him an ?A? for quality just based on the written estimate. When I called him. He picked up the phone right away and he promised what time he could come; and he actually called me again before he came. Punctually was great, he came in on time.

    Repipe Specialists Inc
    Super professional and efficient !!!
    • Started with the salesperson,  Rafael Gonzalez, who knew the business well and was very honest.  He explained to me in great details of how/what/where/when to do the job.  Their price was very reasonable
    • The project manager went through every details with me before started the work.  They minimized the "damage" and made the "recovery" easier afterward.
    • The preparation were done thoroughly, plastic sheets covered all the areas
    • The "PEX" pipes were heavy gauge material
    • The workmanship, particularly all the joints, were inspected and approved by city permitting inspector
    • Wall patching and re-texturing were good
    • Thy are efficient - a large team of about 10 on the job, they finished the prep/cutting/repiping in a day.  After the city inspection, they took another day to patch up the drywall and re-texture.  Whole job was completed in three days.
    • The only concern is that the final clean-up work is not perfect.  They left some debris and dust behind.

Above It All Ceilings and Drywall
We contacted this vendor and scheduled a site visit so that they could provide an accurate estimate for a drywall and paint job at our residence. After agreeing to and receiving a formal written estimate we scheduled the job date. On the day of the agreed upon job this vendor informed us that the price had gone up an additional $500 and refused to complete the job for the agreed upon amount that was drafter by their own onsite estimator.
Because so much time was spent preparing the job site for the agreed upon drywall services, we attempted to resolve this unexpected and unethical bait and switch tactic by offering to split the difference for the unplanned increase with the owner but he declined and then proceeded to lie about why the services could no longer be completed. This vendor left us with a mess and refused to help put back any of the furniture that we initially moved to make their jobs easier.
If you choose to use this vendor be prepared to be lied to and receive hidden fees. What you see is NOT what you get.

Punctual, very good work on the gates. One of the gates was so dry--rotted that the gate was pretty much replaced Other gate mainly had bad hinges and anchoring which Samuel also took care of very well. Paint job is very good--I'm. actually proud of the gates now and happy I won't be getting a letter from association. Jack did very good and efficient job on the interior drywall and Samuel followed up with paint on that. Brad supervised the project and maintained very good communication througout. Thanks guys, good job and fair price! I will very likely employ your services in the future.

    Samuel Avila Professional House Painting
My house is only 5 years old, but it started to show signs of settling through cracks in the stucco and wear and tear on the painted surfaces in the front. I had used Samuel before to repaint all of my railings, and he did an excellent job. So, I hired him again to freshen up the exterior paint and do the repairs to the cracks. He started yesterday by carefully taping and covering all windows with plastic. I had noticed how meticulous he was before, but noticed it even more this time around.

It was supposed to rain today, so Samuel was not going to paint, however, it cleared up around noon, and he called to say he was going to come and start painting. He has been working over the last few hours, and I just took a look at how he was progressing. He is almost done, and it looks like new! I am so pleased. His prices are lower than any of the professional painters I had bid on the job.

Samuel is extremely nice, neat, professional and he does a fantastic job for a very very good price. I would say he is the best painter I have ever used. I am now going to hire him to do some touchup work on the interior of my home, and the stair rails.

    Thank goodness I found him!

Leo's team did a great job! Great price and very good work! The only issue I had was a very small area outside wasn't covered when stucco was done but he came back to clean it. I would highly recommend this company!

    RL Swartz Co
I was super impressed with Richard's professionalism and the quality of his work. It was a quite a large job that took over a week for him and his crew to complete. The final bill did not exceed the very reasonable quote that I was given upfront even though I made several special requests that made the job take longer than originally expected. Once he began work, his only focus was getting the job done right. He made excellent suggestions, did touch up work around the house even though it was not part of the quote, and was always responsive and easy work with. With Richard you get a designer, a contractor, a carpender, and a painter, all for the price of a painter. He is a true pro with an uncanny attention to detail and it shows in his work!
