    Appliance Pros of CA
He charge me $65 and did nothing. Because he said he don't cover warranty work. I called them and told them about that and they've stolen $65 from me. They should have told me they don't do warranty work. They never offered to return back my money but they admitted that there was misunderstanding. I called Maytag and they said that Appliance Pros of CA is not authorized to fix Maytag washing machine. I feel that they're not open and forward with their people and I would never ever use them again.

    Best Care Appliance Service
Bob checked the temperatures in my ovens and determined that the heating element needed to be replaced. He showed me how I can tell that it is broken (the heating element actually physically broke). He ordered the part and will return to replace the part. He called me two days later when he received the part (he told me 2-5 days), and he was very accommodating when finding a time for him to return as it was a very busy couple of days for me. Bob returned as scheduled, replaced the heating element and my oven is working again. I would call Bob again.

Craig was my second estimate for a Bosch dishwasher repair.  I did not
have a good feeling about the first company I had come out and I felt my
first estimate was a ridiculous price.  My impression with Craig's
appliance was soooo much better.  He took the time to investigate the
problem, then gave me a completely different diagnosis then my first
estimate and the price less than half of what I had been quoted
elsewhere.  Craig was able to clean out the drain pump (found an item
that was clogging it) versus the first estimator said he needed to
replace the drain pump.  Craig was 100% right and did not try to rip me
off like the first estimator.  I liked his personality and
professionalism.  I thought their pricing was reasonable. I would
definitely call them again.  Thank you Craig's Appliance.

    A-1 Appliance Service
When the correct part arrive, I called to have the service person come out to complete the work. However, the owner would not allow him to come back to fix the final part. He said he was and quot;fed upand quot;?! So, they have left me to figure things out on my own. I have never been spoken to in this disrespectful a manner by any business in my life.

    Shubin's Appliance Service Inc
We have an old washing machine, but it fits in a small space so it wo0uld be very hard to replace.   Shubin was able to order a part based on a telephone discussion, and repair the machine.   He kept in contact with us and provided a cell phone so we could keep in touch about the timing of the part.     The part came in late on a Friday, but they came on Saturday to do the repair.    It was expensive but a lot cheaper than a new machine.   He also offered free advice about a problem with our dishwasher.
Only "wish" was that the answering service had taken down the machine serial number and provided it to the repair person so we didn't have to provide it twice.

The techincian arrived on the day and time arranged with the Eurocare office. He was polite and professional. After 5 or 10 minutes in the house he declared that he knew exactly what was wrong and that the rerair would require two sensors to be ordered and installed. The following week he arrived on time to install the sensors. The following day the problem reappeared and the technician was dispatched again. Once again he arrived on time to test the pressure in the system. The test indicated that some parts needed to be removed , replaced and welded in place. Another week passed and he was dispatched once again to reapair and  recharge the coolant system. The issue now seems to have been resolved. It seems to me that the pressure test could have been done during the first visit, avoiding unnecessary cost and time wasted.

    G and H Appliance Repair
I called G&H and gave them the model number.  They understood the design and the likely problem and repair. We made an appointment for the next day.  They arrived on time, with the part, and fixed it well.  They did a very good job of being neat and clean, and dealing with a kind of difficult location that our dishwasher is installed in.  Overall a very good experience.

    Smith Brothers Appliance Repair
The technician that showed up barely spoke english. He worked on the dryer for a few minutes, then sat in his truck for a long time. He came back in to put the dryer back together, and then sold my wife the cleaning/spray on our refridgerator. The repair held for two days, then he had to come back out and reset the thermostat again. He said that if the dryer stopped working again, he'd have to replace another thermostat at an additional charge. Overall, we feel very ripped off by this company. Even if he had to replace a thermostat, $350 is way way out of line for the brief time it actually took. I highly, highly recommend AGAINST using this company for any service.
