He is able to schedule the clean-up around my schedule. He brings his crew and they waste no time loading the truck. They always sweep up after they are finished to leave the area better than it was. They are always courteous and helpful. Their prices are reasonable. Since I needed to look through so many boxes, I asked to have the job completed on two different days to give me more time and space to look through my boxes.
