  very nice people BUT the dirt/stains that i asked them to remove downstairs are already reappearing today now that the carpet is dry which is pretty disappointing as it hasnt even been 2 days since I had them carefully cleaned (and i did show the man who came EXACTLY where on my white rug i had dirt stains and where it needed extra attention. We both agreed it was not pet stains-which are hard to get out-but probably just dirt/traffic. ) As i now have guests, I had hoped for a clean carpet for their visit-that is why I paid over 200$ to do them. :(

  It didn't go well. Their estimates that they give you over the phone are totally wrong, and they don't ask you enough questions to try to give you a more precise quote. They put in the phone number wrong for the order, and only the 3rd person I talked to figure it out. So when the crew showed up and did measurements, the quote came in much higher than the estimate over the phone. I wanted them to do air duct cleaning as well, and it turned out they didn't have the ladder tall enough to reach some of the air ducts but no one ever asked me over the phone if the house had high ceilings, so they wanted to reschedule everything which I couldn't do as we were trying to get the house cleaned in time before our move. So, the guy made it sound like they just came to do an estimate and not do the job that day. Really? That's not what I scheduled. So they only steam cleaned the carpets, in one of the rooms stains didn't come out, and after arguing with the guy, he didn't charge me for that room although on their paperwork it says right there that if I'm not 100% satisfied, they'll give you money back but you really have to argue with them and they do it very reluctantly and make you feel like you are the bad guy. Anyways, I will never use them again.

  RICHARDS CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

  The work was EXCELLENT and the prices were VERY fair. His work on the tile and the grout was almost magical. I highly recommend Richard. He's an incredible gentleman and a consummate professional. I don't know why we didn't use him earlier. We got a glowing recommendation from a neighbor and took a very long time to act upon it and when we did we were SOOOOO happy!

  Overall great experience, but as usual with Angie's list purchases, the vendor did not contact us even though we posted best dates and times to do so. We had to call them to set up the visit. Their arrival on site was very late, almost 1-1/2 hours after the appointment window. However, after the techs arrived they did an excellent job on our shower and did some work on other tile areas in the bathroom at no additional cost. Then they cleaned and sealed our floor tiling and grout, about 300 sq. ft. at the sale price offered by a competitor. Also cleaned the carpet in the Master Bedroom. All work done professionally and excellently.

  Mario and his partner (?shame on me for not remembering this young mans name) arrived 8:30 am and were done by noon! No matter who has serviced our yearly cleanings, we have been 5 Star satisfied! Can I tell you one more WONDERFUL STORY!!! My next door neighbor has used you too, at my referral. A few days ago she forgot she left a sink water running and left on a walk. When she returned, she frantically tried to clean up the flooding and was so embarrassed she, at age 92, tried to soak it up with multiple towels but it traveled into her carpet areas. Day later she called me to say she was worried about mold in confessing her plight. I reminded her of Chem-Dry and she called them and they came to provide service but on arriving, discovered her needs were more for a 'water damage' extracting company and after fully inspecting her carpet by pulling away part of the wet area, they explained her special needs even further, tucked the carpet back in place and removed their equipment! They DID NOT even charge her! My neighbor quoted, 'they could have asked me to pay something, but they did not and they were so nice about not being able to help me!' Your staff was " Kind and Merciful " to this vulnerable little lady. Thank you, and I tell everyone around here that story!!!

  DONE RITE CARPET CARE

  I continue to use them and the quality is definitely there, because we had three dogs since we moved here. The carpet is probably seven to eight years old and we probably won't touch it. We wouldn't replace it even if we sold the house. He's very prompt. I actually called two services and he was there and cleaned before the other guys responded. He's very competitive. We like the fact that he don't use any harsh chemicals. It's safe for the pets. When he uses the preventative treatments, it's amazing.

  Very well. Easy to book, punctual, spent a lot of time pretreating before cleaning. Carpet looks new. Did what I asked. Gave advice on fighting dog hair. Cost higher than some who give out coupons, but they often have square foot limitations or don't include stain removal. Stuck to estimate.

  I'll get the negative out of the way first, and I consider it rather minor. We purchased the Angie's List Deal on August 9th with the understanding that the company would call to schedule the service. We provided three dates in August that were convenient for us. When the last date passed (Aug 29th) and we hadn't heard from them yet, I placed a call. There was no apology, but they happily scheduled us for September 8th between 10AM and 1PM. The call came from the service tech at about 11:20AM saying he was on his way and would be arriving in 20-25 minutes. He arrived at 11:45. Now we only have three rooms with wall-to-wall carpeting, but we have two large area rugs that were badly stained, one in the kitchen (you can just imagine), and the other in the family room, where we occasionally eat dinner while watching TV. It should be said here that these rugs had all been cleaned previously by other companies with mixed results. None had ever succeeded in completely removing the stains on the area rugs. I wish I knew the service tech's name, because he was the most polite, considerate, accommodating and courteous workman I'd ever had the pleasure of working with, and we've had many really excellent people over the years. We have a sectional sofa in the family room we wanted cleaned also, and I requested that he please do that first so that hopefully it would be dry enough to sit on that evening. He said he wasn't sure of the price, either $178 or $187, so he did it for the lesser one. He did NOT charge extra for the two area rugs. All the work was done remarkably quickly and amazingly well. For the first time, the two area rugs are completely stain free. The sectional is more than ten years old and looks just great. We will definitely use Quality Carpet Cleaning again.

  Scott did an excellent job from beginning to end. He returns calls promptly in a professional manner, and scheduled the job quickly. When on site he confirmed prices before starting the work and the carpets came up great. I wasn't really sure how well the tile floor would look after cleaning, it has been down a few years. The kitchen tile flooring looked like new after he had finished! I will not waste time and energy DIY again as his results were amazing! He even left me few shoe protectors to use while the carpet fully dried. Highly recommend Scott and will use Pac Pro Cleaning again.
