AR.P.S. Ribbs Premier Services Plumbing - RooterWe had a great experience with RPS Plumbing. A pipe that connected to the water meter by the sidewalk had cracked and water was leaking everywhere. Big pools of water were gathering on the sidewalk. A few plumbers turned down the job because they didn't want to dig. I called RPS Plumbing and they sent out Thomas N. to give the estimate. We ended up going with RPS and Thomas showed up the next day to fix our issue. He was great and fixed our issue right away. Everyone is happy and I wouldn't hesitate to call RPS again. The best part about dealing with RPS is that they gave me frequent updates about when they were coming and they showed up when they said they would.- Andrew Y.

AJohnson's Tree Care IncI have used Johnson's several times, and have had excellent results. But THIS time is really worth noting. A few weeks ago, a tall truck broke off a large branch from the street tree in front of our house. I called Johnson's Tree Care for advice. Not only did I get some good advice, but a crew came out the next week and repaired the damage to what was left of the branch. And they did it for free. In my opinion, this was super Customer Service and I would recommend Johnson's to everyone I know.- Mark M.

They did these tasks at no extra charge. They cleaned up the mess and lots of leaves that were on the property prior to the job. I appreciate it. In two and a half hours the stump that had resisted everything I could think to do about it for a year was no more. AIt was awesome. They called and asked if they could come early. They showed up and were friendly, courteous, and professional. They asked questions and made sure we were on the same page. They went over all the details and pricing. They set up the monitor and explained everything I was seeing. They did not try to up charge me, or sell me additional services. They put all the footage on a USB stick and gave it to me. I couldn't have asked for nicer guys . I think they were really great.

AI noticed my water heater leaking late in the evening (Saturday night), and Sunday morning I reached out to Angie's List for a water heater replacement. I set my expectations that it probably wouldn't be attended to until the work week, but Jesus for Jess Plumbing responded within minutes. Checking with some of the big box stores, Jesus had extremely reasonable pricing that included the purchase of the water heater, labor for removing/installing, and hauling away the old one. After confirming pricing, he was at my home with the new water heater in hand within the hour. Once he arrived, he had a very warm and open attitude as he broke down all the steps that we'd be going through. he was very knowledgeable with the alternate methods of electric or tankless, and gave the pros/cons should I decide for an upgrade in the future. Throughout the install, I enjoyed our conversation very much and he didn't mind that I hung out in the garage while working on other projects. He moved with the intention that only comes with years of experience, deliberate and precise. When we had to shut off the water he communicated that ahead of time knowing that my family could possibly have a need to access it. Overall the whole process went incredibly smooth and would not hesitate to hire him again or to recommend him to a friend.

ACould not have gone any better.......they were on time, knew what to do, and did an excellent job....was impressed with the poly pro aspect (introducing a foam that lifts sections that have raised or lowered the sections because of age, roots, and water displacement of the existing concrete.....
