  • I used to swear by this dealership and have had many of my members purchase vehicles over the last 2 and a half years from here. I will no longer be bringing my vehicle or any of my members to this location. Nothing but issues with the service department. No customer service skills. I had to call multiple times and speak with a manager to even set up a date in January instead being told to go somewhere else. Dropped off my car on 1/24/2018 when I expressed please let me know ASAP and I will pay for it. Called in today, spoke with Larry who couldn’t offer any diagnoses for my car or estimate of costs. Instead he blamed aftermarket parts for noises. One that is in the transmission but Larry blamed the shifter? You have lost a loyal customer and lots of business. I will no longer give your location or DGDG motors any business. This is probably why all their locations have been closing down.

  • When we went in, it was really great. The guy was very patient with us. It was later on in the afternoon on a Monday and he just went over all the different types of financing because we knew what we wanted. So sent there and there's the car. They had it all ready for us. There was one spot in the windshield but they fixed it for us. It had gas and was ready for us to test drive it one more time and see how we liked it and it had a few miles on it. It had 70-80 miles on it after we got test driving it. We were gonna purchase it but we didn't know what plan we wanted, if we wanted to lease it, or buy it, or lease it first for 3 years to see how we liked it because the payments are a lot lower if you did that way and at the end of that, you have $20,000. We went in to the finance person after the salesperson worked with us on what we wanted to do as far as what finance plan to use and that was the quickest thing I have ever seen. But all of a sudden, he said that it's $1,100 for the coating and we could do it every 6 months and we could get it done for 3 years. I asked if that would affect the price of our lease each month that we pay and he said it won't. But somehow, he just couldn't explain it that's why I don't understand what happened. But that's fine. Maybe they would not have done it if we just had purchased it instead of leasing it. They just wanted to protect the car. We ahead and signed everything. They didn't have 2 keys, they only had one so I said we'll come back the next week to get the key and have the coating put on so we took it back the next weekend. While we were waiting for the service, I had heard 2 people that had just bought a car there and they were the same thing. They purchased their car and they didn't get 2 keys either. They came back that day like we did to have the other one and they still didn't have it for them but they did for us. I also noticed that we didn't have the antenna on top for the radio. The guys from the service department was called over and was asked if they know what happened, if they took the antenna off when they put the coating. He said they took it off and out it inside but we can't find it. The service guy called and said they found it in the driver's seat, it was stuffed back in there. They also didn’t put coating on the top part of the Equinox, it was still a gritty feeling. We went back the third time to show the top and to ask about the antenna. They gave us the antenna and said that they fixed the top but I didn’t see that they did it. Also, when we went there the second time, they broke the license plate. It’s a little flimsy plastic that looks like metal but it’s not. They sent us another one but it wasn’t the plastic frame, it was just the thing where you put then license plate on. We don’t need that, we just need the frame that was ruined when they were prepping the car. I was tired of coming back there all the time. The guy that sold the car to us did go over stuff with us right before we took off. He was in the backseat and showing us how to work all these electronic stuff. I thought the process was going to be a breeze.I thought the price was good as far as what we ended up with. But  he spent a lot of time with us trying to figure out what plan to do. We just kept calling but they won't respond. One guy responded but after that, they won't.
