    Outstanding! The technician showed up exactly on time. Mr Ken F was exceptionally trained with more than 17 years experience. He started the job quickly and informed me of several concepts that I was using that were wrong- like closing off vents for rooms I don't use and closing doors - ya don't save any money by doing this causes back pressure on AC. He completed the job quickly - identified defective parts and got my approval to add them onto the job. Finally he charged up the system and we went into the attic to inspect the evaporator- this was a challenge - its not accessible so he gave me instructions to clean the coils-- Mr Ken is the best !! ask for him if you want service on your AC

    We were referred to Flux construction by family friends and will be forever thankful for the recommendation! My significant other and I recently moved into a condo that needed allot of work done (i.e. new kitchen cabinets, flooring, tile work, electrical upgrade etc..). Flux were phenomenal with phone and email communications! All people I spoke with were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond in making sure our questions were answered. The finished work was well done and completed much more quickly than I had anticipated. I want to say a special thank you to Eran, which was very patient throughout the project and took the time to explain and answer any question we had. We will contact Flux again for any future projects!

    It did not go well. With in the 1st 3 weeks the temp wouldn't go down below 76 degrees. Calling them (Rowland Air) again, they sent our another tech who saw that the pressure on one side was to high and low on the other side, they added more R22 refrigerant which kind of worked for about 2 days while they said that the compressor was going out and to replace the unit would cost $4800. They would put a "dry charge" unit in then add the refrigerant to the system for $600. After about 3 day the compressor would come on for about a 1 minute then shut off. So after 3 visits my air conditioner went from working to not working at all and they couldn't fix it with out replacing the compressor unit for $4800. I started to call around to get estimates and Steven Monroy from Home Depot came out. When I told him what was going on, he didn't even try to sell me a new unit, instead he call AG Heating and Air and asked them to send a tech out at no charge to evaluate my system. When the tech came out (his name is Nick) looked at the system, he figured it out in about 10 minutes, At 1st he though it was a valve on the hot side of the cooling coils but after setting up his analog gauges, he said that Rowland had put to much R22 refrigerant into the system (my older Carrier 4 ton system is finicky about how much refrigerant it needed). The high pressure sensor that was part of the hard start kit that Rowland Air put in kept kicking off my compressor for safety and stopping my systems from working. AG's tech (Nick) took out about 2 1/2 lbs of refrigerant and the compressor immediate came on. Our system is now working well. Thank you Steven Monroy and AG heating and Air and Nick from AG Heating and Air for helping and fixing the problem that was caused by the other guys without just trying to up sell be a new systems. BTW Nick said my compressor doesn't sound like it's going out, he said it sounds find being that it's an older piston type compressor. I guess some air conditioning company still have ethics, you don't see that to often anymore.

    Called on 7/6/16 to set an appointment for 7/8/16. I was told they would call me the on 7/7/16 to set a time for 7/8/16. I gave them my home number & my cellphone number. They never called. I called them on 7/7/16 & they stated they would have someone call me back. A few mins. later a technician called & stated he would call the office/owner & have them call me to set an apt for 7/8/16. I told the technician if I can't get an appt. for 7/8/16 to let me know so I could call someone else. They NEVER called. So I called someone else who had a better rating & got an appt. for the day I wanted. I will never call, use or recommend this company as they are unprofessional & obviously don't care about clients.

    Started off OK. This company was recommended by someone to us. After 2 -3 calls to him finally got response and  made appointment for 8 am Tues morning. Said he would call Monday as a reminder. 8 am Tuesday came with no contact. At 830 am I called and he said he was running late. Finally showed up and seemed knowledgeable. Said I needed to do XYZ and he would send me a quote in couple days. Did not hear from him for a week. Called and sent email asking for quote. NO REPLY. Tried to contact through voice mail and Email over the next week and a half with NO REPLY. Wasted a vacation day and 2 1/2 weeks with this guy and now need to start over to find someone else to do the work

    This past summer my home was hit just prior to moving in after closing escrow.  Needless to say this was a bad time to not have my downstairs A/C unit!  After doing some research online, my husband and I decided to go with Premium Air.  Their prices were reasonable, and we ended up ordering an American Standard unit to replace the one destroyed.  Unfortunately we did have a mix-up with the installation, and an "Ameristar" unit was installed instead of what we ordered (it's manufactured by American Standard, but it's their "builders grade" brand, which is considered lower quality).  We contacted Tom the very next morning to inform him of the incorrect unit installed by one of his techs, and he promptly apologized for it, and didn't hesitate to correct the situation and make things right with us!
    On our 2nd issue in February, which revolved around the upstairs furnace producing a strong burning smell.  Being very concerned of the unit starting a fire, we ceased running it, and gave Tom a call.  He came out the very same day, and personally checked things out.  He tested my furnace unit, and determined it was fine; however, he suspected it was my digital thermostat unit not telling the blower unit to come on, likely due to low batteries.  Since we were repeated customers, coupled with the fact he was in and out in less than 20 minutes and didn't need to do any actual repairs, he waived his diagnostics fee for this trip.  Well low and behold it turned out Tom was right about the digital thermostat just needing new batteries, and after replacing them everything has ran fine!
    All in all, Premium Air has provided very affordable pricing, exceptional service, and a sorely missed honest business practice that I have not seen in quite some time.  I highly recommend this business, and we'll definitely be giving them a call if we need service again!

    If I could give Tomer a million stars, I would. The absolute best customer service I have had for a long time since I moved to the house 7 years ago. With the help of his assistant, Tomer installed my new Friedrich 9600 BTU air conditioner with the skill of a surgeon. Whoever says installing an air conditioner is simple is wrong. Especially in this city with all the regulations and requirements! Tomer made several adjustments, which a person without the highly specialized knowledge would not have known to make. He checked every piece of equipment thoroughly and stayed to make sure everything was working up to par. He actually waited until the room was cool, and made several recommendations on how to cool the rest of my apartment without going broke. As if this wasn't enough, I had some follow up questions and I received an answer promptly. Did I mention that Tomer is the nicest, most patient person on the planet?
