I don't remember the cost. They're very personable, I feel like they listen to me, and they are very detailed oriented. I feel like they get it right the first time. I dealt with most of the garages in my areas over the years, and found one that I love.

It is a dealer. Mechanically, I thought they did a good job, but their customer service is terrible. They make you wait a long time and their customer service people don't have a very good attitude. I was there probably about six hours. They apologized kind of vaguely.

Mike Bruno is a professional fireman. Meaning he calmed me down put out the fire that was in my britches. Got me settled down enough to realize they were doing everything possible to accommodate my situation. I realize that an emergency on my part doesn't mean they need to make special a accommodations for me even though they most certainly did.

We've had service at dealers and independent garages and the dealers seemed to be expensive, know what they're doing most of the time and still seem to sometimes do more things than necessary.  The independent guys are inconistent, sometimes doing well and sometimes not, sometimes you get a deal and sometimes you get ripped off and oftentimes they install parts that are supposed to be as good as original or better, but I've never seen the latter (how can you get better than original mercedes parts?).    I had a car seat with a non-working motor for the lumbar support fore-aft movement for several years and was told by the Audi dealer, who partially disassembled it and put it back together again, that it would need a new seat ($2000).  I lived with the problem.  It occurred to me that perhaps the switch was teh problem and suggested it to Roger. He replaced it and now it works just like new.  We had our Mercedes in and he replaced all the shocks at lower price with original Mercedes shocks and charged less for the labor than the dealer would have.   Also, I've been told by dealers that I had an oil leak in my Audi and that it needed $2000 of repairs.  I had Roger check and he found no oil leaks.

I've been here for service about 5 times on my wife's 2009 Toyota Matrix (same as the Corolla, but a hatchback/wagon). I sometimes call ahead to find if there's a wait (almost never is). They took about 15-20 minutes, consistently use the oil I request, and inflate my tires to the requested level (a few PSI above recommended for slightly improved fuel economy).
It's nothing fancy, but I trust them much more than Jiffy and the price is great. Happy to send my wife there on her own because I trust she'll get the same price and they don't hard sell extras (wipers, air filters, transmission fluid, etc).

After diagnosing the problems, a firm estimate was given and the work done promptly. This was several hours of labor at a reasonable price. The truck has run perfectly since the repair two years ago.

Great. Did not recommend brakes or new tires at that time, but gave me a heads up to check on these in the near future. Service staff members were both prompt and professional, and washed the exterior of my car.

This was my first time at this location. I drove around the building and did not see the Parts Department, so I parked near the sales office. A sales associate politely directed me to the other side of the building. As I approached the parts counter, I observed both employees in the back having a pizza. However, they noticed me right away and did not make me feel like an interruption. They provided the parts I needed within minutes and asked if I needed any help with installation (I didnt). Good overall impression.

I made an appointment for a regular service and a few minor   items.  The dealership was running a day special for the service that I wanted to take advantage of.  It seems that so did half of the Bay Area!  Even with my appointment, I had to wait in line for nearly 90 minutes just to talk to a service manager.
However, once I reached the service manager, everything was explained thoroughly and the service was performed during the expected timeframe and there were no hidden costs.  The service from Capitol personnel saved the day!

All services were completed well, on time, and at a fair price. Recommendations such as rear brake pad wear were brought to my attention, but there was no hard sell to have it tacked on at that time.
