House Cleaning reviews in Murrieta

    Pink World Cleaning + More
I rarely write reviews, positive or negative. I'm only writing to provide information on what you'll be paying for. She stated she would be here at 7:00 am was late nearly an hour. Didn't bother us being that we ourselves weren't morning people. Just state a later time if you can't fulfill the time. I visually saw her scrubbing the oven. The house came with one wall just being mirror for some reason. She called and said it would cost an extra $25 to clean the mirror so we said okay. I was a little bothered because this is my first time using this kind of service and I was under the impression you just pay to have the house cleaned and didn't know there were things you had to pay more for. Maybe next time, give your cost after looking at the house? She called again to ask if we were replacing the microwave and oven so that she didn't have to clean it. It was caked with grease from the previous owner not cleaning the over the range microwave and cabinet. Post-cleaning: Everything seemed okay. At first glance, everything looked clean. I'm very skeptical, and do not trust services like this easily, but we needed our new home to be professionally cleaned. We have a newborn so this was important. The house did not visibly look a mess. It was something you found as you lived in it. This being said I didn't see anything wrong. The high fans seemed to be dusted and the window tracks cleaned out. It smelled nice and clean. She explained different areas that were un-cleanable even after scrubbing and scrubbing. She said she didn't clean the baseboards and it would take a few more hours (she said she'd be here all day, finished at 3pm) which bothered me but it wasn't a big deal to me. She said she constantly cleaned the cupboards and there was a lot of dog hair. She told us to check and see if we were satisfied and if there was anything else that we wanted her to clean. I wasn't going to be able to visually check every area, that would take a long time. So in trust I just gave a quick walk through and everything she mentioned she cleaned seemed clean. Result: We paid $375 which seems like a lot of money. I'm not really sure if that's average house cleaning cost but it was short notice. As we're living, we're finding more and more things that don't seem to be cleaned. The hall closet did not seem to be cleaned. The cupboards in the kitchen all had crumbs of some remnant. One of the "uncleanable" spots I was able to scrub off with simple Lysol wipes. Now we're spending time re-cleaning all the kitchen cupboards. There were marks on the wall that weren't cleaned that simple Lysol wipe removed. I don't mean to hate on this person and ruin their business. It just became frustrating to find so many areas uncleaned after paying, what seemed to me, to be a lot of money. Now I don't trust anything is really cleaned, just made to have the appearance of looking clean. Key frustrations: - Leaving early felt like she didn't put as much effort to clean every bit of the house. - Asking for more money to clean an extra part of the house, and finding other areas not cleaned (possibly because it wasn't specified). I didn't know we had to point out every area we wanted cleaned. - Having to re-clean because of losing trust in anything being thoroughly cleaned anymore after spending $375. (We're aware it takes a long time that is why we paid for someone to do it while we acquired appliances such as a washer/dryer and fridge to be able to live in the house. - Got out a stain scrubbing with Lysol wipes when she said it wasn't coming off after "scrubbing and scrubbing" (a repeated phrase). Asking if we were replacing appliances in hopes not to clean them. Leaving at 3pm when it was supposed to take all day? This all just feels lazy.

They have disappeared. Used them 3 times, did a schedule for balance of this year. Supposed to come here on 6 August. Did not show. No response to texts, phone call. I would have expected a reply. Are they still in business?

    Patricias Cleaning Service
Patricia cleans my house bi-weekly. She is reliable, trustworthy and she does a brilliant job at keeping my house the way I want it; clean and tidy. She works fast and delivers great results. Her prices are fair. I would recommend her to anyone needing a great house cleaning or anyone needing to maintain a clean home environment.

    GIGI's House Cleaning
Excellent! GIGI is dependable and reliable! She has been cleaning my house for about ten years and my business store for six years. I could never replace her. Nobody would be as thorough and honest as she has been.

If you're going to do a job, do it RIGHT the FIRST time and you won't have to come back! Do not hire these half assed workers who do a crap job. "We'll come back free of charge if you're not satisfied." said Sam. Well Sam, if you wanna do right for veterans like you claim, you should have done the job right the first time. Sam got an attitude on the phone when he was asked to come back. Stick to your word and fix your screw up! Clean the house like you were paid to do. Do it right! I shouldve looked at his yelp reviews which wouldve discouraged me from contacting him. I encourage anyone looking at potentially hiring him to do thorough research. Cabinets left uncleaned. Missed a set of blinds. Dust left on the stair rails. Shower doors smudged. Baseboards hit and miss. Upstairs toilet not cleaned. Microwave partially cleaned. Disappointed to say the least.

    The Cleaning Authority - Temecula
They were prompt. The workers were very accommodating because there were certain rooms I said I wanted deep down cleaning, I said I wanted all the carpets cleaned, all the floors vacuumed, all the baseboards scrubbed and dusted, but certain rooms with a lot of furniture, I said, "You don't have to worry about certain room furniture," and they got that. Like I told them that I wanted the kitchen to just sparkle and look like brand new and when I got home and was putting my groceries away, the first thing I noticed was they cleaned the top of the stove but they didn't clean the oven. I was just livid. The oven wasn't that bad, but it would have been nice to have a clean oven because everybody brings things over to heat up. I would not use them again. For the price they charge, I would not use them again. The baseboards that I'd asked them - because we have white baseboards - dust it and wipe down, some of them clearly weren't. I asked them to clean the lights that aren't high up, they're just above the tables and just above my island, she said "We'll just use the sweeper on them, we don't get up and clean them." Well, I wanted somebody to hand touch them. So that was disappointing. It really upset me. When an owner tells you to focus more on the master bathroom, the guest bathroom and the kitchen and vacuum all the carpets on the flooring, tells you what their specifications are, then that kitchen should have been sparkling. I called the owner that night and left a message to tell them that I was upset that the oven wasn't cleaned, I never heard anything from anybody. I thought that was rude. They could have at least called me back after Christmas was over. But my credit card sure got charged. They came when they said they were coming. The girls were professional and very accommodating, they just weren't the best cleaners.

    Combat Cleaning Services
Very nice guy; quoted a price for the work requested, regardless of how long it took to do it. House looks great when they're done. They will do anything asked (you have to ask before price is quoted so it will be included). We asked them to take 50 or so silk plants (including several large trees) out to the yard for hosing down to get rid of the dust. They did a great job and even got them all back to exactly where they came from. Because of the size of our house and the types of things being done we had him come out to see the house before quoting -- I highly recommend doing that to avoid any surprises for them or the customer. The price given was for the initial service and was reduced to $150 when we signed up for monthly service. Note: they only do the silk plants twice a year at that price). They are quite busy but do their best to fit us in on the same date each month or whenever we need it on a different day.

They did a excellent job, highly recommend! They wiped all baseboards, walls, cabinets, inside refrigerator and oven, and even did some light work in our garage for a extra $25, moving a few boxes for us and sweeping, along with getting all the cob webs out. They did a really good job and they made us feel like they really cared about their job. Very personable and polite! Will use in the future.

    MaidPro Temecula
There were two lady workers who arrived on time and started promptly into the work and did not stop until the work was completed. They were efficient and did a very good job.  My wife and I were pleased with their work.
