  • The best things about this office is that they run on schedule. The most i/we've ever waited was 10 minutes. It's a pleasant waiting room and they have decent reading material. (Most offices do not.) Dr. Lewis never rushes you and answers all your questions. He frequently looks up things on his ever-present laptop to give you more information or check dosages, etc. Dr. Lewis seems to be open minded about medical issues that he's not dealt with before. His father is in the same office (with many years of experience) which is great for those rare times when a quick second opinion is needed. He's been our doctor for slightly over 1-1/2 years.
    Only once have we needed assistance outside regular business hours. Called the office number and got a rather long recording saying who was taking the calls. Not one of the names was familiar. That was disappointing. I just hung up . . . and crossed my fingers.
    Of note, their billing process is inconvenient. We never have to pay upfront as they bill monthly. They also bill Medicare but somehow their system is unable to tell Medicare and/or our secondary insurance to pay Dr. Lewis directly. We get reimbursement checks from both. These often arrive well after I've written a personal check for the visit. The office sometimes ends up returning my check, issuing an overpayment check to us, or having a credit on our account. We don't have this happen with any of our other doctors. Ever.

  • I have been going to this clinic since it opened, and have been using this medical organization for many years before that. I have mostly been very happy with the medical services I received, and I don't really have any complaints. The clinic is extremely well organized in terms of keeping track of everything that's been done, automatically scheduling lab test, and having everything available through a well-designed website. I highly recommend this clinic.

  • My experience with Palo Alto Medical Foundation was great. Everyone there was very professional and the doctor seemed very nice. It took quite a while, probably a month, to have an appointment with my doctor.

  • Making an appointment with them is easy. Their doctors are straightforward to talk to and they explain as they go through. I like my doctor there. Usually when I go to a doctor, they are very, very nice in the waiting room. They are really friendly. They check me in. I don't feel like my time is wasted.

  • I just go and tell them where I am traveling to, and then I have to fill out some forms. They will then tell if I need any shots or medication or things. They were fine and it went all fine. My insurance paid some of it, but I just depend on insurance situation.

  • Partner MD is a subscription based and quot;concierge medicineand quot; operation. That means you pay a hefty yearly subscription fee up front in return for access to their practice. You receive many perks, like a comprehensive physical, access to dietitians personal trainers. I recently joined, and I have not had the opportunity to avail myself of anything but an initial appointment and their treatment of a sinus infection.
    The best thing about this practice, and what you are really buying, is fast access to the physicians without all the BS that you get in a normal practice. I recently came down with a severe sinus infection. I contacted my doctor via email. She responded within the hour with a few follow up questions, and called in some antibiotics for me after she got my response. I did not have to waste my time waiting around to get squeezed in, I had instant access to my doctor and a nearly instant cure.

  • Dr. Andrew Prodromou's availability, treatment, and bedside manner are great. The office environment and staff friendliness are great as well. They would definitely see Dr. Prodromou again in the future.

  • Dr. Freehling knows everything she's doing. There were a couple of bills that were issued which were difficult to track down, but our overall experience was good and we will use her again in the future.
