    Buyers beware! Think twice about purchasing a vehicle from this location. I inquired about a truck with the sales rep Cal Conner which also happens to be the finance manager as well. I went and test drove the truck the evening before and the salesperson knew I was bringing in my trade and cash the following day to purchase the vehicle. At no time was I wavering to purchase he clearly understood this. The following morning I was contacted by Mr Conner to complete my credit app. I did just that and sent it in. Mr Conner ran my credit then messaged me 10 minutes later stating he just sold the truck to another customer. The fact of the matter was Mr Conner should have never bugged me for my credit app knowing he was in the middle of selling the vehicle in which I intended on purchasing. They hit my credit report and sold the vehicle to someone else within minutes. This company has zero integrity. Purchase from someone who will take care of their customers!

    If you're looking for a Chrysler vehicle, I strongly advise you to work with the salesman named Quoc . As a retired realtor I appreciate a good sales person. Quoc was very efficient, helpful and honest. Also Stanley Johnson in the finance department was very helpful. I had my twin four-year-old granddaughter's with me and Stanley was very tolerant and patient.

    They are very genuine and go out of their way to be as assisting as possible. They have always provided very, very good service. Their sales people are not high pressure which makes it a bit more comfortable. They have a great waiting room with a place for the kids to play and good snacks. They also have free wifi! You get free oil changes and fluid checks for the life of the vehicle if you purchase it from them. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

    Infiniti of Riverside is the best! I bought my car here and I will not have it serviced anywhere else. Both the sales and service staff are excellent! The service representatives always go above and beyond and the mechanics are top notch. Just had an extensive service performed on my car. They did everything they could to keep the cost down but still provide all the services needed. Since this was major service, I expected the price to be higher. Their customer service is excellent, their prices are very fair and the mechanics are second to none!

    They ae very easy to work with and very knowledgeable.  Very expensive car, but worth what I paid for. They give you a person who tracks the whole process with you, lets you know when the car is being manufactured, answers any questions, helps you do the payment with anything. They are much more responsive then any car dealership I have dealt with. When I have appointments they are also right there ready for me. I bought it because I wanted an all electric car and it has a great range and so many features so it is far superior then any car I have ever owned. It is smarter then me which is a little scary. It has a lot of good safety features which was a plus for me.

    Our car, we usually switch it out every couple of years. The guy's name was Mark; and Andy, basically just having great knowledge of the car. They were wonderful. I wanted to keep my payment down; lower than what I was paying on my previous car and they were able to do that. It's a lease. The cost was a down payment.

    I needed a bigger car cause I got a dog. I was shopping around and they had a managers special on the demo car. I was ableto get it with a low down payment and low monthly payment. It was a pretty low price. I was out of there quickly. The salesman was professional and the finance people were easy to work with. I've been happy with the car so far. When my lease is up I will return there to see what deals they have going on. They were great. a
