    I contacted Complete Pools on February 4th and spoke with the owner Mike and I was excited to do business with him after reading his many positive reviews on Angie's List. Mike told me to text over pictures of my pool as well as give him additional information on the scope of the work so I promptly text him all the information he requested. A few days later Mike came out to look at the pool and a week or so later I was provided a written estimate for the repairs via email. I was comfortable with the scope of the work as well as the price but needed a minor change to the proposal for an additional repair that was not listed on the initial proposal. On Feb 13th Mike informed me to take additional measurements for the aforementioned repair and text it over to him so I did, promptly and I agreed to the proposal and emailed it back to him the same day requesting that he also acknowledge and sign the proposal as well as provide a start date for the repairs--He basically ignored that request and I never received his signed acknowledgment of the proposal or the confirmation of a start date in writing. I was only ever given a verbal start date which was the 1st week of March. On Feb 23rd (10 days later) after hearing nothing I text Mike to follow up inquiring about the proposal and measurements to ensure he received everything and to make sure we were on schedule. He simply replied, "Yes we are on schedule". I waited patiently for nearly 2 weeks assuming that he'd be starting around the 1st week of March as promised or at least receive some sort of update regarding any delays but I heard nothing so I decided to reach out to him again on March 5th requesting an update on a firm start date. After two days of no response, Mike messages me back on Thursday March 7th saying that he is behind due to the rain but he can start on Monday. I agreed and waited for Monday to arrive. Monday March 11th comes and I'm sitting home all day in anticipation of Mike arriving and starting my project but he never shows. As the evening approaches, I'm expecting to get a call or text from Mike saying that things got busy or he's still running behind but he never contacts me. Finally, Monday has come and gone and Mike has not come by nor has he contacted me at all. I finally decide I've had enough of my time wasted and enough of this guys major lack of communication and lack of professionalism so I text him on Tuesday morning and respectfully inform him that I'll be seeking out another pool contractor to get the work done and within minutes I receive a text back from Mike saying, "Ok I will take you off the schedule". I mean, WHAT?!? I was never on a schedule dude! You basically wasted over a month of my time with seemingly no intention to ever starting or completing my pool project. I don't even know why you wasted time coming out to give me an estimate. A little communication goes a long way, at least with me! While you may be knowledgeable of your craft, you need to master the other side of business which is providing excellent customer service to your clients and making yourself available to ensure they're kept well informed about the status of their project. Had your communication been better and had you not been so vague, you would not be receiving this negative review. Remember, I'm paying you to provide a service to me--not the other way around! Don't waste your time!

    Second time we've used Chris' Plumbing. This time it was to replace the broken garbage disposal & kitchen sink faucet at my mother in laws house. We had bought the parts & all we needed was the removal & installation. Price was great, they were extremely fast & punctual! What impressed my mother in law was the fact they wore booties over their shoes to protect her carpet & floors ! Shows professionalism & concern for the customer. Showed her everything worked & answered all her questions

    Said we had a different connection and it wasn't covered under the coupon price. So I said it never said anything in the offer and to cancel it. The owner called and said he would honor the coupon, but blamed Angie's List for not putting it in the details. Angie's List said the owner approved the offer as is so it was their fault for not specifying what type of replacement the offer was good for. In recent offers for the same thing from the company still does not specify only good for one type of connection so I don't know why they gave me such a hard time about it. The tech that came out was good, except if there is any pressure, water still leaks from the faucet handle. The new handle and faucet ended up not being much better than what I had. I take it as a loss and would not use that company again.

    The technician was nice. He let us know that it was a dangerous situation and fixed it immediately. We had somebody come out to take a look at it, and confirmed that it was dangerous and needed to be fixed and removed. The communication was great. There was no problem. They were very nice, punctual, and good attitude.

    I actually called a different company first. RKM did not have any availability for almost a week and my upstairs ceiling was soaked from the air handler in the attic. I needed help NOW and RKM recommended Air One. What a delight to deal with! They were able to get someone out the same day. They set an appointment between 12 and 2 but they called me early and said that the technician had completed the earlier appointment quickly and so they asked it he could come right over. He was there by 12 and gone by 1. They even sent a text stating that he was on his way and gave me his name. Albert showed up and was completely above board. My home unit is almost 30 years old and every time we have someone come out to service it or do a tune up they always, ALWAYS, recommend a new unit (at a cost of between 5-6K). I told Albert what was going on and he showed me the problem with a clogged drain. As it turns out, the drain that has been draining the condensation water for the past few YEARS was the overflow drain. The overflow drain will take over if the regular drain is plugged. So apparently this has been an issue for a long, long time. Albert cleared the drain and put in a clearing valve so that it can be cleared again without taking the plumbing apart. Albert gets an "A" for professionalism, honesty, speed, and knowledge. He explained the problem to me in layman's terms and did not talk down to me. And NO hard sell trying to get us to replace both of our old units. He did his thing and went on his way. I know I'll need to replace them sooner rather than later but they still work! Albert would have gotten an "A++" but I hate to say that he did not glue one of the elbow PVC fittings and it started leaking into my ceiling again, actually into the fire alarm which set it off and let me know that it was a problem. But, a little PVC glue on the fitting and viola, good to go. I have to thank Air One and Albert for their responsiveness and integrity. Those old units of mine will need replacing eventually. I know who I'll be calling to do the job. Thank you Air One. And thank you Albert!
