AByron is quite the professional. We started by his visit and assessment of my floor. He asked questions, to get my price range, my goals, and personal preference. He then gave some options, left some samples. Once I made my decision, it took less than two days for the floors to be completed. I am very happy with the results. AVery well. Sears had to come back again to fix the problem since it wasn't fixed the first time, We have sign up for their service plan package, but they did come back promptly and fixed what turned out to be several problems with the dryer- not just one problem, as they thought originally.

ALa Verne Power EquipmentThe actual work was very good and the pricing was appropriate and fair. Because my mower was so old the rear-drive wheels took them three weeks to order and receive. I had to call to see what the hang up was instead of them calling me and keeping me informed. They loaned me a mower which was good but only because I called to find out what was taking so long. Other than not keeping me informed as to the delay, I thought they did good job and I would use them again if needed.- Daniel B.

AKAWAGUCHI HONDA POWER EQUIPMENTSince this is a new model, most of the dealers did not know much about the unit and none of them had it on display. This dealer had all the models on display, was very knowledgeable, explained everything and had the lowest price. The owner "Art" was trained by his father and runs a true old style "Mom and Pop" business with personalized service. He assembled and prepared the generator with gas and oil. Then he demonstrated it and showed me how to operate it. He even installed an optional battery charger for me. They delivered the generator to my home and I must say it was a very pleasant buying experience.- RONALD R.

ATEMPLE CITY LAWNMOWERThey did a good overall job. We dropped the lawn mower off for repair and they said it would take 5-7 days for the repair. They finished in three days. When we went to pick it up, they started it for us and we noticed there was still a minor problem with the engine not idling properly. The mechanic adjusted it while we waited. They charge $20 to look at the unit and give you an estimate and the $20 is then deductible from the full price if you have them do the work. If you decide not to have them perform the service, they would keep the $20. They made this clear when we dropped off the unit.- MARILYN S.
