    Clark's Repair and Remodeling
Outstanding. Best, easiest experience I've ever had with home repair. Tom's staff guided me on getting a place ready for market, charged a fair fee, and showed up exactly as promised. Lots of communication, good advice, completely fair and helpful. Can't recommend highly enough.

    Fix It Fred Inc.
Fred was ready to work upon arrival ( at the time discussed ), tools were ready, he right away got to the toilet & unlled item, them halfway installing new toilet he determined there was rusted ring that would have not hold the toilet screws. He knew what was needed and quickly search web on his phone for local Hardware Store.   He went purchased the item and upon returning he completed the job.  The charge was $ 149 but additional $87 was charged for additional parts he purchased during the job, additional work to install the item and complete job.
Toilet looks well installed and Fred clean the space area and removed discards.   I will hire him again as the price is reasonable and will get the job done in a reasonable time frame.

    The Fix It Man Repairs
Mark did really fantastic and solid work all-around. We called Mark and he returned our call the same day. Mark's obviously very popular and busy, as he had to book us a few weeks out, but we weren't in a tremendous rush for this job.
When he got here, he completely rebuilt our side gates from the ground up. Our old gates were probably original to the home (1986) and were falling apart. Mark said he could repair them, but I wanted them rebuilt with more durable, treated lumber. I had asked Mark to make them look as close to the originals as possible so that I wouldn't have any issues with the HOA. He did a flawless job. My new gates are very solid, swing and latch perfectly, and look identical to the originals.
We also asked him to replace all of the flat, old interior doors in the house with six-panel doors. Again, he did a really great job. We didn't even purchase any of the doors or hardware for the job - we just told Mark what we wanted and he did all of the purchasing for us - including matching the paint. He brought us all the receipts and only charged us for parts beyond his standard hourly labor rate.
All-in-all, I'm very satisfied with the work that was performed. I think Mark charges a fair rate for his high-quality work. I think the only complaint one could make with Mark is that his good reputation precedes him, and you'll often have to wait in line to book him.

    Edcellent Home Repairs and Improvements
It went very well. I had never met Ed before and based my decision to use his services on his reviews on Angie's List. He provided an  estimate and came back to do the work without my needing to be present either time, actually doing the repair on Memorial Day, and left a bill for me without having any other information about me. You can't tell there was ever a problem as everything looks as it should.

    Edcellent Home Repairs and Improvements
He did a terrific job and really paid attention fo all the little details even noticing that the curtain puller rod could be moved to the opposite side to better suit my patio slider.
Cleaned up everything spotlessly when finished and even offered to haul away the old blinds which was a huge help.
He was right on time, fast and efficient and extremely polite.
    Very fair and reasonably priced.
Even though he is very popular and has a full schedule he found a way to squeeze my job into his day. I had an appointment within a very short time.

    ADI Electrical
I took advantage of an Angie's List deal for ADI to come out and fix my landscape lighting. Several lights kept going out and new bulbs weren't working. The gentleman fixed a few of them and noted a couple others in the front would ideally need to be placed on their own box and not on a connection stretched from the backyard to the front. Makes sense, but I wasn't prepared to make such an enhancement at the time. The technician did his best with what he had, and mentioned new lights would help. He could either take care of bringing in new lights or I could go to a home improvement store and buy replacement lights myself at a greatly reduced cost, and he'd come back to install. I chose the semi-DIY option, but when I called to schedule time for him to come back for the install I never got a response. I finally just hired a handyman.

    MIKE'S HANDYMAN SERVICE
Very professional, easy to work with, on time and clean. Came out for an estimate promptly. Not the cheapest, but licensed, insured and bonded, and their work is impeccable. Art, the job manager, was the best! Will certainly use them again for other upcoming projects.

    CD's Handyman
They removed the baseboard and told us to spray the area with Chlorox for a few days to kill the mold, which we did.  They then came back a few days later and put in new baseboards.  The baseboard they installed wasn’t exactly the same as in the rest of the bathroom, but it wasn’t too noticeable so we were okay with that.  The patch job they did on the wall didn’t really match the rest of the wall, which does bother me, and some of the pieces of baseboard they installed were not flush and started to move, and the caulking was just okay.  We asked them to come back to fix it.  They did redo the pieces of baseboard that were not properly installed.  I think they may have vacuumed something up, but I had to clean up quite a bit of dust and grime after they left.
