  • They say they're fantastic but they weren't to me. They wouldn't give me treatment and told me I had 2 months to live. It's been almost 2 years since then. I have since found out that the doctor I saw at the time is no longer there, which is probably one good thing.

  • All the insurance companies are the same but here at least I get to talk to someone. They are helpful. This is an insurance that I get through Medicare; instead of taking Medicare I take Scan Health Plan. I don't know what I even paid for the insurance because they take it out from my Medicare or social security. Their communication skills are good because most of the time when I ask them a question and if they don't know the answer then will check and let me know. Their insurance covers most of everything; basic doctors are what it covers and I paid for the rest of it.

  • Over May and June 2010 I tried nearly a dozen times to open an account with Advanced Medical Analyis for my new company for drug screening. I was told by an employee in "Accounting" that due to the fact that, since my business does not represent a doctor's office, my application would have to be approved by a certain individual ("H"). During my numerous follow up phone calls, the same employee told me repeatedly that she had spoken directly to "H" and had also left messages for "H" to call me back. However, I never received a return phone call, nor any e mail reply from "H". My latest attempt to get a response was June 16th, when another employee who answered the phone could not provide me with an alternative contact to "H", but said she would go tell "H" directly to call me back, since "H" was supposedly in the office at the time. However, once again, no phone call. When I expressed to this employee my dissatisfaction with H's lack of responsiveness, she, too, proved arrogant in tone, and not in the least bit empathetic or apologetic. Given the incredible rudeness the treatment I've described above represents, I e mailed the company president on June 16 to complain. I never received a response from him/her either.
