Our electric gate motor quit working on a Friday evening. We called David and left a message asking him to come check it out. On Monday he called to set up an appointment to look at the motor. He arrived on Tuesday at the appointed time and, indeed, it was dead. It was a 20 year old motor. He offered 2 different options and we decided on which one to use. David emailed us an estimate for the moto...

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Removal of old electric gate motor and installation of new motor. This required welding of the motor arm to the wrought iron gate.
