    I can't speak to their other services, but I strongly suggest that you don't tent for termites through them. Like most pest control companies, they subcontract the tenting to another company, but in Quality's case this results in poor customer service and no accountability. The first problem we had was getting them to provide a guarantee. Standard for tenting is 2 years, but there was no guarantee in the contract, and it took 3 weeks to get them to add one. They kept telling us not to worry, that the work was guaranteed, but wouldn't put it in writing in the contract until we refused to move forward otherwise. That should have been a red flag, but we went with them anyway because their bid was low, and our attached neighbor wanted to use them to save money. Then the crew that did the tenting broke 25 roof tiles and did a lot of unnecessary damage to our landscaping. Total cost to repair all the damage was $500 for the roof and $300 for the plants. I expect some damage when tenting, but this was complete negligence. We live in a small townhome, 1450 square feet, 2-story, so the roof isn't that big. The townhome we're connected to was tented at the same time, and despite having the same floor plan, had only 10 tiles damaged. I asked Quality to take responsibility for some of the damage - although the contract demands that we waive any claims for roof or landscaping damage, this level of damage was due to negligence, and Quality should have done something about it. I emailed and got ignored. So I called and was rudely told to take a hike. They told me to call the tenting company. There's no point in doing that, since I paid Quality, not the tenting company. Quality promised to send me contact info for the tenting company, but never followed through. So, poor customer service and they don't stand behind the work. I won't use them again. And, be aware that Holly, the office manager, is the owner's daughter, and therefore feels free to be rude and unhelpful without any consequences.

    They do not do termites. It is just for preventive. It is $100 a vist. We are on contract for a year. The people are real nice, that is the best thing. Other than that it is hard to compare. They just come and spray. They did not communicate with their write ups in a specific interest that we hired them because we wanted because we have some rats that come up into the area. We wanted that abated. When they would come, they would report on what they did, spray for bugs but would never on the status on the rat traps. There was food available. So that is one thing that they did not do.

    It took 4 attempts to schedule. The one done on the internet to set up a date didn't work at all. Then the first phone appointment was missed and the second had to be rescheduled through no fault of the serviceman who had a death in the family. When he actually came everything went well and he was very nice and helpful. We had some unique problems because my mom (at whose home the service was performed) has dementia and so the service had to be done within the 4 fours the nurse is present at her home. This would not me an issue for most others and it was the scheduling that was the only problem with the service.

    The technician was on time and very respectful of the property. He was nice and explained everything that would be done. We had a lot of black widows and the insecticide he used definitely did the job. We are very happy with the outcome of their service!

    They were courteous and prompt in responding, however we are looking for a "green" (environmentally friendly) pest control service, which they didn't offer. So we have decided to cancel the deal for now.

    I am dissatisfied with the customer service of this company.  They were good about calling ahead of time to let us know when they would be coming to the property.  But as far as the "service" they provided, I saw no difference in the amount of spiders and other insects.  We have spider webs all over the property.  The main reason I am dissastisfied is because I tried to cancel the contract and they would not let me.  I spoke with Trevor and explained that I thought the price was too high (they were charging $99 per quarter) and he would not allow me to change the contract or cancel it.  I tried several different arguments and nothing worked.  He said I signed a contract and I was bound to it.  My husband was furious that I could not get out of the contract and he chased off the service tech the next time he came to the house.  I think it is a company's responsibility to keep their customers happy and satisfied.  Trevor could have cared less about my satisfaction.  I was pleased to see this company is listed on Angie's List so I can warn other people about this company.

    the main reason for my review now was that we found some more termites in our home, and called Center on a Friday morning, I had someone at our house at noon that same day, treated the problem, and made us feel that in fact we did choose the right company. Great customer service, and most importantly they stood by their work.

    When I called, they said that their estimator, Skip, was in our area so he came by just a few hours later. I showed him where I had discovered the termites. He checked that location and then did a whole house inspection including the attic and under the eaves. He took the time to explain the termite behavior and our options to eradicate them. He then measured the house for his estimate. I was pleasantly surprised when he gave me the estimate just few minutes later. We scheduled the tenting to be done while we were on vacation. When we returned we had a termite free house. All in all, a very professional and painless experience.

    Everything went like clockwork. Communications with the company were very good and always prompt. the technician came one week prior and went over everything in detail. The tenting crew called the day before to give their arrival time and showed up about 30 minutes early. We were back in the house after two and a half days on schedule.
    One nice extra thing the tenting crew did was to re-install two wood gates that I had removed and placed next to the house so that they would also be fumigated.
    I have already recommended Solo to two other people.

    The crew that came out was fine. My issue is with the manager, he set up the spraying. He didn't contact me in a timely manner. Very inflexible when it came to scheduling. Very hard to contact. He was supposed to call us back yesterday, but didn't call back. The workers did a great job and this review reflects my feelings on management.
