Purchased brand new appliances from Howard's three years ago, had trouble from the very beginning.  The fridge and freezer were sent back, they were obviously damaged.  Fridge delivered started leaking, replaced with new, that one started leaking, it was "repaired", still leaks.  Dishwasher doesn't get dishes very clean, we were told the problem was our water isn't hot enough (not true!), stainless steel handles have what look like rust spots on them, told "they don't cover that".  Microwave is going out, freezer motor sounds like it's on its death bed, Oven is completely dead.  Can use the stove top but when you turn the oven off, it makes the whole thing go dead.  Looks like the stainless steel finish is peeling off on the fridge.  I found out from my sister who purchased from Howard's that the first two refrigerators they delivered had obvious water damage.  I believe Howard's is selling used/damaged/floor model appliances and not informing their customers, as required by law.  They've left us in a big mess with a kitchen full of appliances that need costly repair or replacement.  Do NOT buy from them, even if it seems like a great deal, in the end, it won't be.

I like them. They're nice. We had an issue with something, they took care of it immediately. They have really nice chairs. They have a really nice floor display and they actually have their product in stock so when you order, then they deliver to you or you can pick it up and prices are very competitive for the quality of the furniture they sell and the service, we have an issue with one of the, a pull out drawers, one of the file cabinets and they just handled it. There was no issues, no questions. We bought more furniture from them only because of the kind of service they gave us.

They did a fantastic job. They came to pick them up and called to tell me the work was completed. They asked when they should deliver the chairs and accommodated my schedule. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service.

Mr, Tuner arrived promptly. He did his work quickly. He used an app on his mobile phone to provide the pitches and then worked across the keyboard adjusting pitch and intervals. I downloaded this app and check the pitch from time to time. Five months later the tuning is still precise for the most part, but when the need arises for further adjustment, I will call Mr. Tuner to perform the task.

He did the job well and finished when he said he would and was gracious when I couldn't pick it up right away because I didn't have a truck. The only thing that bothered me was that I asked him for advice on a refinishing job that I wanted to do on an inlay table top and he was not helpful. He clearly wanted to do the work himself. I have refinished some pieces with success and wanted to try the table but needed info to decide if it was something I could do. I'm sure he would do a good job but his attitude bothered me.

    Howard's Custom Upholstery
I debated spending that much for the job, but after seeing the furniture imports on the market for similar prices, I realized it was worth keeping the quality construction I already owned.  I am very happy with the ultimate results - they look better than when they were new.  I could have selected less expensive fabric to minimize the costs, but I am glad I got what I wanted. Each chair would easily retail over $5,000 today as an American-made quality product, three times more than what they sold for 15 years ago when purchased at a design center.

I sent Pete the photos of a table I liked.  He contacted me right away to go over price and details.  This table had a natural wood
finish on top and a rustic finish with a light green stain on the legs of the table.  We are very pleased with the results, again.
I think we were very lucky to find Wood Crafters on Angie's list & will continue to call hime with any future projects.

He is a master at that. He did an excellent job.  It had to have new springs tied and it was a really very expensive antique chair.  The price might seem expensive but it is reasonable.  Some people might think it is expensive but they don't know what is involved. They were excellent.
