    After diagnosing the problem, he happened to have the right part for the refrigerator inverter compressor in his van. He replaced the bad part with a new one. Sure enough, my refrigerator started cooling. His fees were reasonable: $55 for diagnosis, $175.00 for parts & $100 per labor= total cost $330, but gave me a discount for using Angie���s List. The whole experience was about 1 hour, not counting his travel time. Vitally is a nice person to work with. I would call him again for appliance repair.

    I want to first start off by saying" Mr Appliance of Laguna Beach/Laguna Niguel deserves 10 Stars". This company is very Professional, Courteous and efficient from the time they stepped into my home to the time they leave your home. You don't get EXCELLENT service like this anymore. Chad was wonderful and pleasant to talk to when he scheduled my repair. Chad scheduled me from 9-12 and Marvin & Darwin were here on time. The two wonderful Technicians Marvin & Darwin were Fantastic. I received a call from Marvin today before my scheduled appointment confirming he would be here by 9:30 and guess what....Marvin & Darwin were here On Time & ready to work with there orange booties on to be sure they didn't bring any outdoor debris in your home. They came in replaced the boot on my front washer and checked to be sure the washer was working properly. There was no more leakage coming from my washer. They completed this job in a timely matter. They even had the part on hand they had to repair. Another thing, they did not do is "Price Gauge" me like other repair companies do all the time. I am very pleased and appreciative of the "Excellent" work they performed and the "Quality" of work I received from Marvin & Darwin today. If you want good Guinean people to come into your home that are Trustworthy to work on any repairs "Mr Appliance of Laguna Beach/Laguna Niguel" is your business to call. They are No #1 on my list for all my repairs from here on out. We need more businesses like Mr Appliance that are compassionate and that no how to provide Excellent Customer service to there customers. Excellent Job Guys!!!

    They remedied the problem. They came out immediately because it was a tenant situation. They gave me a quote on what it would be and it slightly exceeded that. I knew were the pricey parts were but I couldn't get there because it was 60 miles away. I was a little disappointed in the but nonetheless, they did the job and it is functioning.

    Craig was very nice and fix our refrigerator.  On Monday he found that we needed a new thermostat that he got on Tuesday, installed it , and fixed the problem.  He was on time and very efficient and we are very satisfied with his service.

    While doing laundry, I heard a loud bang and knew it couldn't be good....and it wasn't.  There was a full breakdown that required a part to be replaced.  The machine itself is a stackable, and it's stacked in a very small closet like room, that required the guys to gently move the entire set up out, without scratching my hardwood floors - they had to take the dryer off of the washing machine before conducting the repair.
    Express Appliance Service was extremely responsive when I called, and came out right away. They were highly professional, the repair has worked well and it has lasted!   I would definitely use them again.

    16 year old refrigerator that was "sweating" on the back.  (We did not realize this until we pulled it out from wall a week prior).  Repairman gave us a number of suggestions on how to remedy this problem.  He did not make any promises about the effectiveness of suggestions would be - and we might have to get new refrigerator.  However, we now know what was wrong.  Nothing that could be fixed on site by anyone.  He was on time and very helpful.  Would definitely call him again for any appliance repair.

    HOWARD'S TV & APPLIANCES
    Purchased brand new appliances from Howard's three years ago, had trouble from the very beginning.  The fridge and freezer were sent back, they were obviously damaged.  Fridge delivered started leaking, replaced with new, that one started leaking, it was "repaired", still leaks.  Dishwasher doesn't get dishes very clean, we were told the problem was our water isn't hot enough (not true!), stainless steel handles have what look like rust spots on them, told "they don't cover that".  Microwave is going out, freezer motor sounds like it's on its death bed, Oven is completely dead.  Can use the stove top but when you turn the oven off, it makes the whole thing go dead.  Looks like the stainless steel finish is peeling off on the fridge.  I found out from my sister who purchased from Howard's that the first two refrigerators they delivered had obvious water damage.  I believe Howard's is selling used/damaged/floor model appliances and not informing their customers, as required by law.  They've left us in a big mess with a kitchen full of appliances that need costly repair or replacement.  Do NOT buy from them, even if it seems like a great deal, in the end, it won't be.

    Rick is amazing! After a shoddy repair by another so-called technician, we were so relieved by Rick's visit. He took the time to chat about what was going and fix it correctly. He also charged us less than I expected. Rick was an island of reserved competence in a chaotic world. Yes, absolutely we would have him back.

    When he arrived, his tone was curt and English a bit off, but we really needed the work
    done and I assumed he was an expert. He did not offer me the broken parts, as
    required by California law. The repair of the dryer failed immediately. He refused
    to fix it. We had another repairman out who reported that vent was nearly
    blocked by the previous repair among other issues that left him scratching his
    head. The second repairman fixed it properly and charged us $60 less.
