I'm thinking that I felt the price was high. I think the service was pretty fast, to be honest with you, but I think they could have more competitive pricing to improve the service. With pricing it's hard to say. It hasn't failed what they've done, and it works fine.

Technician arrived when they said he would, was clear on options. Told me I didn't need a new opener but there were issues I had with the old opener that only a new opener would solve. It was 17 years old. I really like how smooth the new opener is. My house faces north and in the evening when I come home the sunlight tripped the old opener so it wouldn't close. Sometimes my garage door would stay...
