  • I will give them C for scheduling appointments as I have to schedule an appointment long ahead. If I have an emergency, I would give them an A because they have urgent care facility that I can go through directly. I would use them in the future.

  • I'm very happy with them. I'm lucky that the doctors I have are very good. It depends a lot on which doctor I get. My wife had a doctors and she was extremely unhappy with her doctors. I'm extremely happy with my doctor. I don't have any problems with billing and administration. I would use them in the future.

  • He is just exceptionally good. His staff is great. He is very thorough and he does the job well. It was 8:30 at night when he came around to check on me which is unheard of. His concern was enormous, I'd have a little pain and he would take care of it. He was concerned about my welfare. Kathy, his staff, was so concerning and accommodating to me. It was a very positive experience.

  • They are okay. The only problem there is the service because it is very slow. The main doctor was Dr. Bernstein and he disappeared and no one seems to know where he is. My experience with them is average. I liked only Dr. Bernstein and the other guy behind the counter, but the rest of them have an attitude. I don?t like Dr. Bernstein?s help and I could not care less.

  • My doctor over there is fine, but Facey Medical Group makes things difficult. They have an urgent care there, but it’s in the medical building. It’s a healthcare facility where they have dermatology, hematology, oncology and internal medicine too. Last year, I had a gallbladder surgery. They discovered during a blood test that my blood didn’t coagulate and that was a big problem. So I went to the hematologist to go through all the blood tests and they said it was okay to go ahead with the surgery. They said that I had to have a transfusion before the surgery. My doctor then told me that I had to go and get the transfusion done the day before the surgery. However, the surgeon told me something else and the hematologist told me something else. It got to the point where they told me to ask my primary doctor and I told them to talk to each other. I need to have an eye surgery now and I am going through the same thing because the ophthalmologist is not part of Facey. They recommended that I go see an ophthalmologist. My ophthalmologist told me to make an appointment and Facey told me that they need to make the appointment. They are not very well coordinated. However, I have got good care, but their coordination is a problem. It’s hard to get an appointment. I was sitting for 2 hours waiting for a doctor. I am waiting for my ophthalmologist to get back from vacation on Monday since I need to get a statement before the surgery. I was unhappy with them since I got a phone call from the nurse to let me know that my surgical appointment had moved to 9 o’clock on November 2nd. I didn’t even know that I had an appointment since nobody told me anything. So I am not happy with that. I will use their services for the time being. I have got a lot of similar feedback from others regarding other facilities and I think it’s normal.

  • It’s a very good facility. They are very nice and accommodating. Everything I do for my medical needs is basically there. My internist, gynecologist, optometrist and ophthalmologist are all in the same group. I am retired and I am on social. That’s why I go to Facey Medical Group. They are conscientious and they follow through. I would recommend them. They also have other facilities in other areas in LA county, but this is in Mission Hills, CA. It’s very convenient for me since it’s close to where I am at. I have been going there for about 14 to 15 years and I don’t have a problem with their availability. Their availability is good since they have enough doctors to cover all the areas. You can get an appointment for whatever you want. They also have oncologists. They have an urgent care area, which is very good. The office environment is very good. Their punctuality depends on which doctor you see. I wouldn’t be able to comment on the bedside manner of the doctors since I haven’t been that sick. I had some other stuff done and the nurses over there are good. The doctors are quite good too. The effectiveness of treatment is very good. I don’t get a bill and the administration is quite good. I only have copay. I would use their services in the future too.

  • I give them high ratings and will continue to go there in the future.
    - Richard C.
  • They are really good doctors. If they do not have the medical equipment to take care of us, they send us to the hospital across the street.
    - Patrick B.
  • He is board certified in Internal Medicine. I like him because he is a nice guy. He has a good bedside manner and takes his time. He is knowledgeable.
    - Charles B.
  • I have COPD. He is so good and thorough. I am not sure of it but I think he is in charge of the pulmonary section of Holy Cross.
