    Everlast Construction
By now, most of our townhouse has been remodeled by Jonathon and his excellent crew. He first completely transformed both the master bath and the guest bathroom. The plumbing in the entire house had to be re-piped, so we had them take care of that as well during the bathroom renovations. The work was clean and professional. They patched up all the dry wall and even re-painted to get our walls and ceilings back to their original condition. We then decided to build a patio/deck and also install crown moulding throughout the house. The project manager took care of that as well. Jonathon and his people are really professional and incredibly punctual. 8am actually means 7:50am to these guys. Overall, it was great working with Everlast Construction and their team...and I'll definitely use him again for any future project.

    Everlast Construction
Everlast recently remodeled our master bath and guest bath. I have nothing but high praise for this organization. They may not be the least expensive contractor you'll ever work with, but they are worth every penny you'll pay them. Our guest bath was a simple redo but our master bath project was much more. We wanted to increase its size which meant moving a wall, ripping out the master bedroom and guest bedroom carpeting, leveling the master bedroom concrete floor (our house is on a concrete slab), relocating/building the master bedroom closet (which was sacrificed to increase the size of the master bath), moving the piping for the toilet in the concrete slab, and installing a door from master bath to master bedroom (entry was originally from the hallway). They seamlessly worked with a variety of other contractors: carpet installer, electrician, closet installer, and air conditioning technician. Everlast even performed much of the demolition while we were on vacation in another state/time zone. We were kept up to date with daily pictures of the project and could easily reach via phone calls. I highly recommend Everlast Construction and they will be my go-to contractor from here on. Thank you Ariel and team!

    Everlast Construction
We found Everlast Construction after a friend gave us Ariel phone number, we were looking to remodel a house we just bought and wanted an entirely in-home design and build a team to handle the project. After consulting with other companies, we were ultimately drawn to Everlast Construction because of their attractive showroom they took us, they work with amazing showroom that we able to find all of the items we needed. We are a young couple and other companies didn't take our needs very seriously thinking we wouldn't have much business to offer, but Everlast Construction treated us like we were their most important client. Ariel Baleli always greeted us with a smile, we signed the contract a week later and they began working on our home as if we were the first in line. Less than six months later we were moving into the house of our dreams and they still keep in touch with us to make sure everything is looking good and their craftsmanship is lifetime quality.

Great contractor! We had Everlast Construction build a room & kitchen addition on our home in SF and we couldn't be happier! We needed the space for our new baby and didn't have the time to build or plan it out ourselves. They came up with a fantastic layout that fit our needs perfectly. Our designer had a lot of really great ideas that we didn't think of and the price was very reasonable. The other companies we talked to just didn't seem as interested or have any good ideas. Everyone we dealt with worked very hard and kept our property clean. They were responsive to our needs and any changes we made even after the project had started. The project was completed in the estimated time. We will use them on our next project. We will be using Everlast Construction for out next project and will definitely be recommending them to our friends.

My home was in need of a new roof and I wanted to put a Skylight in as well. I received many quotes , but I loved the honesty of what was really needed from everlast! The job was done in a good amount of time and very efficient! They also did extra things for me that weren't included in the contract and left me with an amazing warranty. All of my Friends And family are impressed in their work and are planning on using them in the near future! Thanks again for the amazing job !

It took them 20 minutes ( for $150, no discounts ). Mohammed reattached the tube with screws and tape to be sure it wouldn't come apart again after another company's repair didn't last. He did it from the roof, didn't have to go up into the crawlspace.

The estimate was very reasonable with the details, and the communications through text messages was easy and Alex is very responsive. Just finished the roof and it's really great. The work schedule for multiple teams was very well coordinated and the crew members had been working diligently and professionally.

    SOD Home Group
I met with Eran from SOD last Spring and he had a lot of great ideas for my kitchen and bath remodel. Their bid was very competitive and I selected SOD to do the project. One of the key differentiation was that Eran did 3D renderings of the space and we went through several rounds before finalizing the scope of work. This was a great way to finalize all of the details in a visual way, which saved me on hiring a designer and undoubtedly saved a lot of rounds of changes once construction began. Throughout the project, everyone from SOD was incredibly responsive and Eran was my point of contact throughout the entire project. He's easy to work with, highly service-oriented, and always available by phone/text or email. SOD has a large team with plumbers, electricians and provides full services - from counters to flooring and shower doors. The quality of the work was very high and they were also receptive to getting the smallest details just right. I was most impressed after the job finished when Eran and team went above and beyond to make sure that every last detail was taken care of. SOD is an entrepreneurial, modern construction company and I would use them again.

We needed a new roof to replace our 20+ yr old tar and gravel flat roof.  We'd wanted to get it done in the summer, but circumstances just wouldn't allow it, which, unfortunately, put us in with the last-minute crowd racing against the oncoming El Nino clock.  I spent over two hours on the phone calling around looking for places that could even come give us a quote.  I had very little luck, but did eventually find three.  The first place showed up and THEN told us they didn't do flat roofs (perhaps you could have asked me what kind of roof I had *before* the hassle, thanks).  The second place was positively ABSURD in their price.  Literally just shy of double what Everlast was asking, and Everlast offered to do the interior drywall repairs for free!  The quote, contracting, and financing processes went smoothly and our sales rep was a nice guy. The first hitch came on Friday.  Late in the afternoon, my rep asked if he could bring the crew lead out the following morning to see the job site.  I hadn't been planning to work from home that day, but since it was early morning, I was just planning to go in late.  By 9:30, they still hadn't shown and was told it would be after 1pm.  I made it work, but it was incredibly inconvenient for me and essentially cost me a half a day of work, which I wasn't anticipating at all. The interior work was supposed to start 9-12 on Monday.  By 12:45 I hadn't heard a thing, so I contacted my rep.  Then I find out the worker was on another job and wasn't going to make it AT ALL that day.  Two things:  If you know you're working another job Monday morning, don't book a second job for the same time.  Science has yet to figure out how to allow us to be in two places at once.  And second, it's called a telephone.  Use it.  Next day, the sales rep made it to the house on time (with a minor traffic delay that I was kept informed of).  For the next hour, he sat in his car on the street and waited for his guy to show up.  The guy was also stuck in traffic (the job is in SF... traffic is a regular thing, pal, it sucks.  Plan for it), but then stopped answering his phone.  Come to find out almost an hour and a half after he was supposed to be there, that he'd been rear-ended and again wasn't going to make it out that day at all.  I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, so while I was frustrated at the situation (that's two very inconvenient entire days messed up, after all), I wasn't overly upset.  I was promised then the job would start first thing on Wed. It did.  From that point on, things went very smoothly.  The crew was nice, easy to communicate with, respectful, and I'm happy with the work they did.  After the downpour we got this morning, I am happy to report that the house was dry as a bone.  I was a bit annoyed that the roof crew left a cable (that they'd moved) dangling across the sliding glass door.  They had to have ducked to get past it and just left it there.  That and the sliding glass door was pulled slightly off the rails and left that way.  When my sales rep stopped by to inspect the final job, he fixed both those things immediately without any problems. So, in the end my major complaint was lack of communication and associated lack of punctuality.  Beyond that, the important part, the work, seems to have gone well.  Would I hire them again?  Yes.  But would I expect them to show up on time?  50/50.
