AEverlast ConstructionItay from Everlast Construction is the only person you'll need to go to for all your remodeling needs. After having two different installers not show up I turned to Everlast. So glad I did. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and I booked him for 2 weeks later. His communication and follow-through were excellent. The space is much brighter and the tiling transforms it into an entirely new bathroom. Itay and the team are incredibly professional and tidy and the work turned out fabulous. I know he and his team worked really hard to put everything together for us and we really appreciated his time and effort! We love the results so much that our next project is have Everlast Construction do our master bath too.- Barbara C.

AEverlast ConstructionI had Ariel come over and give me a quote on re-doing my bathroom. He started one week later and finished 2 days early. We had a number of contractors come out to our home to give us an estimate for what we thought was a pretty straightforward job. I'll spare you the details of how difficult it was to find someone who could show up and then provide a quote, but suffice it to say, Everlast Construction was worth the patience. My design was probably more complicated than most, but he was really great about making sure the design was laid out exactly as I envisioned it. I had a custom design den and it looks better then the nicest hotels. His work was absolutely meticulous. We like his work so much he is now doing our fireplace and kitchen floor as well. AEverlast ConstructionAriel has been a dream to work with. We had to fire our last contractor as he was just too slow! Ariel came in and did a HUGE remodel in three months. This included: bathrooms, painting interior exterior, foundation work around the entire house, pavers, pool, outdoor kitchen, flooring, etc After feeling like we had the right team on our hands, we hired them again for a kitchen remodel! The kitchen included demoing of a wall, moving the sink from the wall to the island, whole new design! a ton of electrical and plumbing work,countertop, backsplash, etc. The beauty about Ariel is that not only does he do quality work, you can actually get a hold of him- and within hours! If you've ever or never done a construction job on your home, communication is one of the biggest areas that people complain the most about. Ariel is upfront, responsive, and dependable- and very reasonable financially. He's also pretty creative and solution oriented. We had a Ariel made me feel valued as a customer as well, which, you just don't really get in this industry. It's a relief to finally treat someone with kindness and get it in return! All in all, we wouldn't think twice about going with another contractor for our home remodeling needs. ASOD Home GroupAs remodels go, there are always issues only exacerbated by covid. The team reworked the schedule at extra hassle to the workers when the tub arrived cracked and introduced 2+ week delay. They sought feedback and quickly course corrected when we were not aligned. They seamlessly absorbed change orders like AC installation in tight spaces. The chandelier was perfect for the space addressing multiple design challenges...and i understood that they had to build a platform as my ceiling height wasn’t accessible with all ladders. The overall design was elegant and addressed numerous challenges (kitchen is really a study in small spaces...it feels so much open than before without moving a single wall). The quality of the finished product is really remarkable. When i was burglarized (broked into lockbox), they immediately arranged for locksmith to help resecure my home. Due to unforeseen delays and change orders the work took 3.5 months vs our original estimate. They made sure every item on my punchlist was addressed and with quality. ASOD Home GroupMy wife and I hired Oren at SOD Home Group for our new home build in mountain view, CA. My wife is very detail oriented and is very organized. She and Oren hit it off from the very beginning because of this. On our first meeting, Oren insisted that our builder be present and he took the time to ask about his supply sources and asked many questions about the build time line, looked at our house plans, and offered a new perspective on some planning issues we hadn’t thought of. He literally went room by room asking questions about my likes and dislikes, my wife’s likes and dislikes, and our three children (two boys 16 and 8 and my daughter who is 5). We have loved how Oren compiled the list of all options for let’s say paint, tile, carpet, hardwood floors for each and every room etc and then puts the finalized list together and communicates that to the builder with a itemized list so that there is no confusion. The remodeling went smooth and without any issue. Al workers wear mask all day while they worked inside the house and made sure to sanitize all the spaces. Need I say more? Great!! ASOD Home GroupSOD Home Group did a large scale remodeling project at our house. The remodeling included most of the sections like kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom, patio driveway and more…. They did a fabulous job. Oren and his large team of people proved to us how they knows what they are doing. After we interviewing several companies for this large project, we had to go by different companies reps which most of them did wonderful advertising but failed to perform. SOD Home Group are by far very professional & well oriented. We worked with the pre-set schedule that was provided to us by Oren and all the changes that came up during the actual work, were given with an update. All the employees worked with masks indoor and they were very respectful of personal space. Our house is now complete and looks like new. We look forward for our next project with them.- John B.

ASOD Home GroupWe were so fortunate to find SOD home group to redesign our house. It has been a while since we did any remodeling or updates. Oren was attentive to each and every detail during the work. The type of materials, the paint of the walls, the combination of the cabinets and more and more… were picked up one by one to deliver us a ‘look like new‘ home. The whole coordination of who will work and when, what will they do daily, weekly and monthly – was managed by Oren. The office staff always made sure that the schedule and perfection are the top priority and they kept informing us regarding each and every step of the work. We cannot thank all the people who did the work and manage to complete it on time even though we are in a middle of a pandemic. AR.P.S. Ribbs Premier Services Plumbing - RooterWe had a great experience with RPS Plumbing. A pipe that connected to the water meter by the sidewalk had cracked and water was leaking everywhere. Big pools of water were gathering on the sidewalk. A few plumbers turned down the job because they didn't want to dig. I called RPS Plumbing and they sent out Thomas N. to give the estimate. We ended up going with RPS and Thomas showed up the next day to fix our issue. He was great and fixed our issue right away. Everyone is happy and I wouldn't hesitate to call RPS again. The best part about dealing with RPS is that they gave me frequent updates about when they were coming and they showed up when they said they would.- Andrew Y.

Fstuff happens I get it, but just a heads up to anyone who might be looking to get something done. I scheduled an appointment with them to come in the afternoon which they then rescheduled to later. And then they called after they were supposed to be here and too late for me to get someone else and canceled because they were too busy. I'm disappointed because I've been waiting around all day to get this drain fixed and had they not said they could do it I could have found somebody else to do it. Also the technician called to cancel the appointment and told me he was in a heating and air conditioning job that was going over. But when I asked about heating and air conditioning earlier with Nicola she said they only do those appointments between Monday and Friday. So something's not adding up.

FMr. Samson did not fix the leak. He never responds to phone calls or messages I have left for him. Immediately after “fixing” the leak, he begged me to give him a 5 star review and I did, but then the shower started leaking the next day and it’s gone downhill since then. Totally unprofessional and unreliable.

CServiceperson arrived and checked out the system. He said the motor and fan needed replacement and that would run approximately $500 plus labor. He told me that he was very busy, and my call had been popped into his schedule without notice and if I wanted the work done he didn't know when it could be done as he was scheduled out for a good while. My feeling was that he was not interested in the work.

FPedro came over to provide an estimate for a clogged pipe for a toilet that would intermittently back up. He provided me with a very high estimate to replace the entire pipe and recommended that approach and informed me that the pipe in question was bad. Since I didn't have the money to pay for the $2100 job (just to replace a pipe), I was charged a $49 visitation fee and he went on his way. He also provided an only slightly less expensive approach and said that there was no guarantees in unclogging the pipe. I hired a subsequent plumber (Jim Smart Rooter) and not only did he unclog the drain for a few hundred bucks, but he also informed me that the pipe in question is in excellent shape, and that there was no need to replace it. I saved thousands just by going to someone I trust. Do not trust these guys. They will upcharge you. They'll tell you that your car engine needs replacing and all you need is some windshield wiper fluid.

BThe first visit lead to cleaning the area around the heater and burners and checking the thermocouple. Sadly that seemed to make it worse. Less than a week later No hot water for over 30 hours till the second technician replaced the thermocouple. All is perfect now. No charge for the second visit. The next step, if needed will be a tankless and their quote looks a bit steep. But I am really hoping I won’t need to go that far.

FThey showed up on time and they did complete the work however I was told I would be charged for two workers however only one worker showed up and he then told me he would only charge me for one worker but I was still charged the two worker rate. He also does not have any supplies to do work other than the workers tools as I had to go buy small pieces so that they could complete the work. When I questioned him about the overcharge he offered a "discount" on future work ( I won't hire again) then told me the one person rate was almost as much as the two worker rate. I suggest anyone hiring this business make sure you get ALL details and COSTS up front and make sure they will meet your expectations prior to agreeing to work with him. This business owns me money as they overcharged me, I find the individual owning this business to be deceptive and untruthful and want to w
