    Healthy Duct Cleaning

This was a $99 big deal purchase and it was okay. Of course, we needed a new furnace, but that is the way it goes sometimes. They charged us for an air filter that they ended up coming back and replacing. We ended up having the whole heating system replaced anyway. The furnace sort of died about two weeks after they came out. It died just because of the condition of the furnace. It wasn't great, it was good.

It was good. They did end up kind of upselling me a thing when they'll come out and check your stuff and all that stuff in which I probably didn't need. It gives me a peace of mind that if something happens, we have two furnaces. I think one of our furnaces may need to be replaced in the next couple of years but they were very nice. I have two furnaces and when I called them I told them that. They gave me a good deal and I think it's like another $59 or something like that. It was a really good deal that they had on Angie's List and then they gave me a deal for the other furnace. They ordered a filter for one of my heaters and I had never heard back from them. So I don't know whether that was ever installed or not. These thing that kind of slip through the cracks. They were very personable and I think they did a good job. They were very thorough. They were clean, they were efficient and all in all I thought it was a good deal.

    Ongaro & Sons
3 weeks ago Ongaro plumber came out to fix steam fitting and eval replacing master bath tub. He wanted to "research "the steam fitting and "maybe" have his boss come out to look at the master bath replacement. An appt was set for 8-10am the following Friday. Appx 9am ,the following week Ongaro called to cancel as the plumber called in sick. Ok, stuff happens. Appointment is set for the same time following week(time off from work). As it approaches the middle of our meeting time window today,I figured I should call to see if I was waiting on Godot. I was. They weren't coming!
The nice woman who answered the phone apologized they hadn't notified me that the plumber had injured himself and they ,again would not be able to make the appointment. Really???? Hmmmmmmm
3 blown days because of Ongaro, my only experience with them and nothing has been fixed!!!!!
Maybe they could have sent someone else to fulfill the company's obligation?

    Blue Pacific Heating & Air
Homes in our condo community have radiant heating panels which recently failed. Each home owner who wished to replace their failed system could contract with a company to install a replacement of their choice, including HVAC mini systems. Blue Pacific installed two HVAC systems near our home.
After each system was installed, our dumpster and recycling bins were completely filled with construction debris, resulting in inconvenience for all the nearby units. It was apparent that.the debris was related to a Trane system installation, so I emailed the owner to verify that they were responsible He never responded.
Later I learned that installation had been started on both units without a required building permit. Furthermore, the California State Contractors Board web site showed they had no employees other than the owner, thus requiring no workers compensation insurance. According to the BBB web site, they have 2 employees. These problems have since been fixed, but may have allowed Blue Pacific to provide a lower bid than competitors.
Other neighbors have reported that Blue Pacific has encouraged them to cancel existing contracts to go with them instead.
If you choose to solicit a bid from Blue Pacific, proceed with caution.

The service was fine. They were very nice. The service did take a long time to schedule and they missed the first appointment that was scheduled. But when they were able to come out they did do a good job. The guy was very polite, professional and did excellent work.

He cleaned our furnace and recommended that we replace the entire furnace. We got a few other quotes and only one other company said that we needed to replace it. The other companies said it would be fine to leave it. He did a good job of cleaning it, but we feel like they got the big deal just so they could recommend more extensive work to be done.

Bragg sent their technician to my home to diagnose and fix my commercial grade, 20 yr old furnace. I had already been told by another
Company's servicer that it could not be repaired as no parts were available and that I needed to buy a new furnace. Bragg's technician took apart the inducer motor assembly, cleaned it, tested it. put it all back together and the furnace works fine. He was VERY knowledgeable and professional and I applaud Bragg for providing a good work environment that attracts and keeps such talent. I know it is only a matter of time before this furnace must be replaced and I am happily confident that I now know the company to do it, Bragg Plumbing and Heating.

Two young guys showed up to do the work, were very polite and instructive and inspected both the downstairs and the upstairs furnaces. Upstairs was not operating at all. They ordered the part and the service manager came two days later to install it. However he saw a crack the younger guys missed. Determined that it was far too old to be repaired. Owner came a third visit the next day to lay out the replacement options. Very clear and straightforward. Seem trustworthy and instilled confidence.

They have been great.  They are very, very good.  I don't have any trouble with the furnace.  They actually installed it years ago.  When we did the remodel of the garage, they relocated the furnace underneath the house and did an excellent job.
