    Bay Remodels
We just completed a large scale remodel and addition with Bay Remodels and we thoroughly enjoyed working with Arsen and his team. I can't emphasize enough how amazing their service is. Their attention to detail and extreme pride in their work ensures that each and every aspect of your home will be perfect. We have already had numerous people comment on the superior quality of all the work done by their team. They are excellent communicators and always strive to ensure you are kept updated on every single detail regarding your project. Our home presented some unique challenges due to it being built in the 1950's and they were extremely insightful and ingenious with how they handled each and every potential problem. Most importantly, I felt Arsen would never suggest something to a client that he wouldn't personally do for their own home and that level of care and service is so rare. Not only are the team truly skilled and amazing at what they do, they are genuine people who will make sure they are always looking out for your family's best interest. Thank to Bay Remodels for making our dream home a reality!

    Argos Construction
We decided to remodel our house completely and Argos Construction was the company we choose to do the work for us. Viktor said that the work will take approximately three to four months and the way it came out. He has the best crew which are detailed oriented. The workers were courteous and respectful. Each day the men worked quickly and cleaned up before leaving. Argos Construction did a wonderful job with our remodeling. His fees are reasonable and he does not change them on you like others do. If I could use three words to describe this company they would be honest, respectful, and quality. Now we have really a new home, thanks to Argos Construction. I would recommend Argos Construction for any remodeling and construction project.

    Argos Construction
We completed a nearly full remodel of our house with Argos Construction and love the outcome. The project included additional bathroom and guest bedroom to the original house, removal of a structural wall and a kitchen relocation. We had a great experience working with the Viktor and his team. We were very impressed with their attention to detail during the planning phase and they always took care to keep our vision and preferences in mind throughout. Our project manager and lead carpenters were also great to work with - very professional and skilled. As with any project, there were some unexpected delays but Viktor always kept us informed throughout the process. We would work with Argos Construction again in the future and would recommend them for any similar projects.

    Marin Home Restoration
Fabulously! Dave and not only listened to us but also did a complete review of our home -- we've lived here for 20+ years -- reporting what he found -- and explaining why some of the things we thought were needed were not nearly as complicated or necessary, and pointing out the pros and cons of the alternatives we could consider, and explaining why some things that would have been expensive were not cost-effective or practical.

It was a pleasure to work with Dave. Friendly, intelligent, detail-oriented guy with a good crew. Was able to do a great job with carpentry, plumbing, flooring, and electrical projects. I felt good about trusting him with my house when I was at work, and he and his crew did a nice job of cleaning up at the end of each day. The job turned out just the way we wanted and within our budget.

It went really well. The original deck was about 25 feet in the air. I wanted to create a legal second unit. While we did have an architect for part of the design work, Dave did a great job of expanding upon what the architect did, to make the unit a wonderful space. He found ways to take advantage of the limited area (about 650 square feet) to make what feels like a roomy, charming home. He also did all of the electrical and plumbing work on the unit.

This is the third major project Dave has done for me, and I would have him back in a heartbeat.

    William Merrell Construction
The work itself was pretty poor.   After the foundation work was completed, we found that the house continued to settle dramatically and is now quite tilted toward the side where he worked.  The patio he replaced due to rot started cracking as it settled, causing water to leak in through the drain or through the cracks in the stucco which we had to seal over and over again.  He totally destroyed the garden, landscaping, and irrigation system.  The "step" he created to step onto the patio was not properly tiled, so pieces of tile would constantly fall off.  The driveway sealing work he did developed potholes again almost immediately.
The work took far longer than he suggested, and he would always be asking for payments ahead of completing the actual work.  In fact, when I found lots of issues with his work, he told me I needed to finish paying for everything with a promise that he would fix it.  I only held about $1k, and he did some minor fixes but the major problems were still to be found.
But the worst of all, as I find out 6 years later, is that he FAILED to pay one of the subcontractors.  Call this a lesson learned, but the subcontractor put a mechanics lien on my house because Merrell failed to pay.
My suggestion is to totally avoid this guy.

    Jack Mosher Construction Inc
Jack came over to walk the job with us within an hour of our first call. He was extremely polite and and quot;really listenedand quot; to what we wanted to do, always jotting detailed notes with every discussion. From that time on, he was immediately responsive to every phone call, every question, every change that we made as the job went forward. We had his cell phone and that of his foreman, and they were always reachable within minutes. The politeness and willingness to be helpful applies to every member of his crew. Jack was up front about costs, and billed weekly. If we were headed toward a cost overrun, he would let us know before we made final decisions.
The work itself is outstanding. Jack's crew are excellent carpenters, framers, etc., and the sub-contractors have been first rate (painting, floor finishing, furnace change outs, plumbing, electrical, tile and stone work). Several times when the architect threw a bit of cold water on an idea, Jack found a way to accomplish what we wanted. He's good at problem solving. This was a large job, and at the completion, it looked just like what we had imagined and wanted. We couldn't be more pleased.

    Crest Construction
Tom Yglesias was a pleasure to work with and we will certainly have him back!  He is professional, has integrity, and maintained a stellar working relationship!

We have a done a lot work ourselves on our home and unfortunately upon completing our upstairs remodel realized we had a leak in our new roof that destroyed our new floors and flooded a good part of our downstairs bedroom.  Thankfully the roofer agreed to repair the roof and pay for the damage to our interior, which led us to Crest Construction.

We received several bids for the work which included removing/replacing stranded bamboo flooring and subfloor, drywall, redwood paneling, and trim. Along with ensuring all areas were dried thoroughly. Tom was extremely accommodating, reasonably priced and offered the most comprehensive bid.  We didn?t know exactly how much damage there was until the walls were open and the floor was lifted, but Tom and his crew communicated their findings with us daily, let us know what had been found and accomplished and what was next on the agenda.

The crew also ensured the job site was cleaned up and livable at the end of each day.  We stayed in the house during the repairs, so the clean up was much appreciated. The work was done very well and on time. Tom recommended additional repairs and improvements that could be done along the way to make our home more comfortable overall.  These suggestions made sense and he was willing to bill us separately in order to remain fair to both the roofer and us.

Tom and his crew were wonderful to work with and got us through a stressful process with ease.  We can?t recommend Crest Construction enough!

    Excell Builders
This was a very small project for Henry but he helped us out by taking it on after another contractor agreed but then never showed up. Henry was great and very willing to work with on a limited budget.
