ARSM Custom Overhead Garage DoorsRaymond at RSM was FANTASTIC to work with! My garage door broke in the late afternoon, in such a way that I couldn't open or close it. As an older single woman living alone, I was so scared that if some kind of emergency happened I wouldn't be able to get my car out of the garage. I conveyed this to the many companies I contacted through Yelp and Thumbtack. With the exception of RSM, I got messages saying they couldn't come until the next day, giving me their standard message about the $99 cost of the visit, plus the cost if I chose to have them do the repair. ONLY Raymond responded by offering to come at 6pm, charging $89 -- which included the cost of the repair -- and acknowledged that this was probably an easy fix (which was pretty clear to me, as well). He showed up right on time, wore a mask and kept his distance, fixed the door in just a few minutes, completely oiled/lubricated all of the joints and tracks, and was completely thoughtful and helpful! I was SO relieved not to have to be left for the night without a working garage door. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Raymond and RSM -- you'll be very satisfied!- Randi W.

ARSM Custom Overhead Garage DoorsOur garage door was unfortunately broken during Christmas weekend. Raymond was able to do a video call to check what went wrong and give a quote over the phone. He came in two hours and spent 30 minutes to fix the door! Now I have a quieter, stable and safe garage door. I also recommended him to my neighbor that needs his garage door fixed.- Mika S.

AFive Star Garage Door ServiceWent great. JT was great. He looked like he'd had a long day and was still happy to explain the issue. Garage door was stuck open with cables dangling from another company's poor choice of bearings the week before. 5 star was fast, identified the issue right away and also diagnosed that the new spring noises were fixable with some wd40. viola, door is working great now with almost no noise for an old chain style opener. Provided us with great information and advice. Hubby and I made selection then and there. Door was installed on Monday by Paul, who was fantastic and answered all questions. AI only have the highest praises for Aviv, and his work. From the beginning, Aviv displayed so much warmth and sincerity towards us. From the first consultation, he gave tremendous time and detail to what we could anticipate if we were to hire him for our project, a full bathroom remodel. He was never in a rush, so open to conversation, and actively listened to what our expectations were for our project. Aviv always carried himself with utmost professionalism, while establishing and maintaining a personal relationship, with constant, open and timely communication. The entire process was incredibly smooth. Aviv gave us direction each step of the way, allowing us to choose our style and shop within our budget. Everything was done is a timely fashion and the project was finished so quickly! Every person involved in the project was professional, and we did not feel that our privacy was invaded at any point.
