They cleaned my windows, washed all the trim work around my windows and cleaned all my window screns so well they looked like new again! My wife and I are VERY impressed with the professional service provided by Blue Wave. We asked BW to climb onto our roof and clean our skylights and solar panels on the same day they cleaned our windows. They did the job safely and effectively The skylights are super clean and the solar panels look good as new. I highly recommend Blue Wave and will definately ask Blue Wave to return to clean my windows again. They are highly professional from the estimate through to job completion. AI would rate Eagle between excellent and good. Overall they did a great job cleaning the store and the windows! The only reason I would rate them between excellent and good is that they were supposed to stop by the store in order to give me a quote, and didn’t call the day they missed going to the store to reschedule to give me a quote. I called them to reschedule to get the quote. Regardless of being busy, once a day and time are set to provide a quote, if they can not make it, they need to call and let the customer know and reschedule. Otherwise, they did a great job. The day of the service they texted to let me know they would be delayed so that was excellent communication. I then let them know I had to leave a certain time, and they got to me sooner than they had rescheduled for which was great! Price was fair and reasonable. At the store they were professional, followed Covid 19 protocol, respectful, hard working and great to deal with. Positive can do attitudes! I would definitely call them again.

AWhen Israel came to review the job, he asked me when the last furnace cleaning/servicing took place. Er, ah,it was the year or two after it was installed. Well, duh, this was a big no-no. The blades of the air unit, the fan, the motor was just caked with dust that inevitably gets thru the filters. So....I had him do a full service and cleaning. Then the ducts. And he filled that shop vac with gunk. I have confidence in his evaluation and work. It wasn’t cheap, hence the slightly lower score above in a couple of categories, but....it was essential to the health of the family and expensive furnace! Cost includes: dryer vent, 13 furnace vents, full service on furnace.
