    Long wait time for part, wrong part, will call when in, then nothing. Followed up after a long time, turns out the person who was handling the order went on vacation and nobody picked up their orders. At about the same time I was getting terrible service from the Sales department, so this colors my view of the Service department, but reinforces it for the dealership.

    It's a very small place. I go to them because when I moved here I was drawn to the name GreenTech. So I inquired and called them to find out what the green stands for and they said they're environmentally friendly. I told them I have an older buick that I really didn't want to get rid of and asked if they could maintain it for me. They said yes so that's the people I see and they've been keeping it running for me. We had new brakes, I needed a new starter. The last time they did an oil change and replaced the starter. Their prices are in the middle of the road. It's not cheap and i told them to check everything out so I didn't get stuck on the road somewhere. He told me all the things to expect because of it's age but he said everything was up to snuff. They keep track of the hoses. I had an experience once where a water hose popped. So i always have them check and I check it myself to see how flexible it is and he said it was fine and wiring was fine. Due to having an older car and having to locate parts I will give price a "B". Punctuality depends on what they find because it's an older car, but they will call me. Some of the stuff is not their fault, one time a part had to be shipped in. Very relaxed professionalism. They are very professional but very relaxed and not in a hurry with you. here you come in, and may have to wait if there are people in front of you. When you have their attention, they are very attentive, friendly, and I keep going back.

    They just did the regular oil change and stuff. The automobile is very new, about a year and a half old. We've used them twice. We take it in every 6 months. The price is usual. I don't know what Honda usually charges. The whole service experience was an "A".We use them because my daughter wanted a Honda. What I didn't like is, when we bought the car they have a 2 people team. First the salesperson, then the second person comes and directs you into another office where you get the pressur sales. All the little goodies they want to sell like extra insurance and all that stuff. I told them no way, why would I buy a new car if I have to buy another insurance. There should be a warranty from thee manufacturer. It's excellent and when you make an appointment, they're excellent, they're there, they do their job and call you when it's done if you ask them to or they will give you a time when to pick it up. We ask them to call us. Very efficient.

    Precision Motorwerks Audi, VW, BMW, Mini Cooper
    It went really well, I called Brian with a possible with my car and he quickly got me into the shop and walked me through the process. He spent a lot of time making sure I was well informed on the job. He gave me a time it would be completed and he stayed true to it. Throughout the whole process Brian was incredibly friendly and showed his integrity. There is no other mechanic I would rather go to.

    I use Sunnyvale Toyota.  I was there in July.  You get two years of no cost regular maintenance.  So I have my 10,000, 15,000 mile service with them.  On one of those service occasions it was hours and hours and hours and it shouldn't be.  That's why they got a B.  The work has turned out fine.  Interactions with them are dandy.   When they give you a time estimate they need to stick to it.  One out of four times it was pretty poor pertaining to punctuality.

    The people were very thorough and gave an honest estimate. They delivered what was agreed upon and was frank with what really needed repair and what items could wait for repair. They repaired the car in the promised time and everything was fixed perfectly.

    I’ve used them three times now. I found them very good so I brought it in again. I like their attitude. I like their courtesy. I like their timeliness. They do what they say and they don’t seem to look for unnecessary (Inaudible 1:59 to 2:01) car. I saw somebody who came in there and asked, “How long have you been using them?” and said, "25 years." I found out that most of the people who are working there have been working there for maybe more years. They keep their staff and their customers. I intend to go back to them.

    I have been taking my car here for about 1-2 years. I purchased a package service with them. The car comes out very clean and shiny. I really like that they do not use any water for the cleaning. The staff is meticulous in their work and does a great job. The head guy will inspect the car before giving it back to make sure everything was cleaned the way ti should be. I noticed once that they missed an area and they were happy to clean the car again. I have purchased some of their product as well and it really helps keep the car clean. They are very honest and have a very nice facility for you to wait in. I know they have been hired they execs in Silicon Valley to have their cars cleaned.

    All-in-all, it had a really good experience buying my car at Towne Ford, specifically with John Cole the head of Internet Sales.  I found the purchase process very straightforward.  John was able to get me the deal that I wanted, and he was professional and direct during the process.  He was very knowledgable about the car I wanted and comparable vehicles.  After I purchased the car, he showed me how to connect everything and setup my accounts for the car.  I plan on leasing there again.  
    I will update this as I go through the service department with my car over the next couple of years.

    We had the car towed to Kennedy Auto Body when we needed repairs. They took care of meeting with the insurance adjuster and James was responsive throughout the process with keeping in touch with both the insurance company and me, the customer. I recieved regular updates.
    Our car was detailed when he returned it to us.
