  He ripped us off big time. He didn't make good. The sink came through because he didn't put it in right and it fell through.
  He did our tile floors. He did our granite countertops. We picked out a certain type and he brought not the right ones because it wasn't the right color. I had picked out one that had a little bit of blue in it and he brought some that didn't have any blue in it. I knew because I had spent time picking it out. He brought the wrong ones. Then, when he put the sink in, it didn't fit so it fell through. He knew it didn't fit so he contracted with a guy to come out and put it in and the guy never came back. He did our backsplash in our kitchen and he did our bathroom floors.
  I thought he was an honest man and he was very dishonest because he didn't keep his word and he ripped us off. He put in the wrong material, it wasn't put in properly. It caused mold. I'm allergic to mold. We have brand new cabinets and they fell out because it wasn't put in properly. Everything is falling apart. We spent thousands and thousands of dollars and nothing is working. It's a mess.

  Mitchell Construction

  Jonathan and his crew (Randy and John) were great. They were on time every day, extremely easy to work with. The pride they take in their work gives you an outstanding result. I made changes during the construction and they worked with me every step of the way. I ended up having a custom cabinet made for my guest bathroom and quality of work was beautiful (thanks John). They tiled 2 bathroom and the quality to detail was amazing, NO hurry up job for these guys, they take their time and do beautiful work. I had a complete remodel of my kitchen, new LED lighting, they installed all new cabinets. I had several interior walls moved through out the house. Dry wall work clean and neat. I am doing all the interior painting myself, but they gave many tips on how to do a professional job. At the end of each day my home (which I lived in during the remodel) was alway neat and orderly. Being a single woman there could have been an opportunity to take advantage of that situation, but Jonathan is one of the most honest people I have ever worked with. I always knew the cost of every thing and agreed to the work before it started. It took approximately 3 months to do all the work. I just can't impress enough how much detail they put into their work. Even when there was something I didn't like they always worked with me until I was satisfied (happy). The covered patio is amazing, with a T & G ceiling, LED lighting, fans and speakers. I have enjoyed it many times already, a great place to entertain. Everyone who has seen my remodel can not believe how beautiful it is. I look forward to working with them in the future.

  The Cabinet Lady Inc.

  She was very knowledgeable and personable, but we were not completely sold on the cabinets. We're pricing around with other providers for the final project. The actual design was OK, but I was hoping for a little more.

  Frankie's Construction and Restoration

  OMG!!! Frankie is the absolute best he gives his 350% plus more....he is kind and listens to what you like although i absolutely love his style i asked for his opinion 100% of the time...he is still working on my house the whole entire kitchen(cabinets,paint,counter tops) interior paint flooring through out the whole house i can not wait for the house to see the house complete. I definitely recommend frankie i will be posting picture when the work is complete

  Today was a bitter sweet day I had to say good bye to Frankie he did a amazing amazing job on my house from his painting to his gorgeous woodwork creations EVERYTHING that is in my house was custom made and created by Frankie... I want to emphasize that Frankie was at the job sight everyday not supervising and walking around but working (painting,laying flooring,cleaning,vacuuming, I mean he was doing much of everything ...I can go on and on about how great he is I TRULY TRULY RECOMMEND HIM I am one happy lady and ready to show off my new house! THANK YOU FRANKIE (and yes I will definitely be using Frankie's construction again)

  Mitchell Construction

  We are very pleased with the quality of work performed by Mitchell Construction. The construction crew is knowledgeable, considerate, and follows through with what they say they will do. The walls look like they've always been there because they carefully matched the drywall texture and rounded corner treatments of the original house. The tile work in the bathroom was exceptional. Their vendors, such as the custom cabinetry manufacturer and carpet installers, likewise did excellent work. At the start of the project, we showed the owner a picture of the sliding door we saw at a Hilton hotel which we wanted to duplicate for the bathroom, and they got it exactly right, even doing some custom fabrication to be sure it looked clean and functioned well. There were minor  delays associated with receipt of certain materials, most of which was beyond the contractor's control. For instance, the job started in the middle of a summer factory shutdown for the cabinetry maker, so receipt of the cabinets was delayed. Certain other items could have been ordered earlier so that they would arrive on time. But our endorsement of Mitchell Construction nevertheless remains unqualified.

  Erick Allen Designs and Remodeling

  This project went the way that every homeowner wants every project to go. Erick came in before the demolision phase of the project and went over the entire design of the bathroom with us to make sure we understood what was going to be happening and what would be placed where. It was so wonderful to have a general contractor and designer all in the same person. He was able to lay out the bathroom and capture enough space in the master suite that we ended up with both a jacuzzi tub and a very nice sized shower. (both at his suggestion). The cabinet design is absolutely perfect! We have a drawer under the doors in our sink cabinet so we can actually store bathroom supplies there (just the right size for toilet paper) and still have all the bulk area under the sink for larger items. My personal favorite is the styling drawer he designed into the vanity. My blowdryer and curling irons all fit in this drawer with the cords inside and an office strip in the back everything is plugged into. No more clutter on the vanity top and when I need it I'm not digging through a drawer trying to untangle cords to dry my hair. My husband loves the electrical outlets in the medicine cabinets. He's able to keep his toothbrush and trimmer fully charged without them being out on the counter with cords running everywhere. We have an additional outlet under the sink (which turned into a great place to plug my roller set into when I need it) so we have no problems with lack of outlets. All this and we still have plenty of drawer storage for all the bathroom necessities. My husband and I each have our own sink and side of the vanity and plenty of room. All of the colors and tiles that Erick selected were beautiful. The paint complimented the tile and the woodwork and the tile was ideal for the granite he chose. All of his design ideas were right on the mark. Thankfully he was able to convince us to go with natural stone instead of ceramic. It looks so much better with the granite and, as we learned, helped to greatly increase the value of our investment. We had a friend of ours, who is a home appraiser, come over after the projects were complete and she told us that we had basically doubled the investment cost of the projects into our home. One of the main reasons she sited, besides the granite and jacuzzi tubs, was the natural stone tile. The other items she pointed out to us were the full tile backsplashes behind the vanities, the full tile surround for the tubs and shower, the additional lighting in the rooms, and of course the cabinets. When we explained to her that Erick had designed the bathrooms, after discussing what we wanted, and had selected all the paint and tile color combinations, she made sure to have his card when she left. The attention to the small details really mean alot too. Like the fact that the shower head is alot taller than standard, which is great because both my husband and I are tall people and we no longer have to slouch to shower.

  Erick Allen Designs and Remodeling

  Erick and his crew arrived at our home, on the date and time specified, and immediately started to relocate furniture that we could not move, and masked off all areas of our home that might be affected by dust from the demolition of our kitchen, and even some areas that wouldn't be just to be certain. Flooring protection was laid down in the areas needed and the whole process went much quicker than I would have thought possible. His crew was, at all times, professional and courtious. There were many items that we missed in cleaning out our kitchen, and these were immediately brought to our attention so we could make a decision on them. All electrical, plumbing, and drywalling was done where needed and special attention was given to different appliances to ensure they would be accessible where we wanted them placed. During all this his crew was patient and polite, putting up with many questions from these homeowners, and putting all our concerns to rest. The cabinets were completely custom to fit our requirements and kitchen size. We had drawers where we wanted, doors where we wanted, and a few really cool combinations suggested by Erick that have made my kitchen "the talk of the block" Once this was done all the crown moulding went in. The transformation was immediate. My plain Jane first floor got a facelift and looks absolutely gorgeous. The finisher that he recommended made the cabinets more beautiful than they already were, and he also was very understanding and answered my questions so I understood what would be taking place. When all was said and done, my kitchen was gorgeous, my crown moulding was beautiful, and I actually had a wonderful experience with the entire operation.
