    All Star Home Improvement
exceptionally well. Great tile setter, beautiful new master bath with custom-fitted walk-in tiled shower - white subway tile with glass mosaic trim, grey concrete floor, quartz top vanity, glass backsplash, etc. He demoed the existing bath, reframed it including construction of a new ceiling and insulation in the walls. He also installed and painted 7 interior doors and their frames, and repaired drywall in the ceiling.

    White Knight Home Services
First I have to say this is such a good company, we are so lucky to find them.

We had a roofer we had hired before White Knight Home Services (a referral from my sister, thanks sis) and all they did was take our deposit almost half of the total job ( I know rookie mistake) and just caused so much frustration by not communicating with us, sending only one worker at a time to work on the roof and then we find out they didn't even pull a permit. Needless to say we fired them on the spot and after repeated attempts to get our money back we had to contact the Contractors State License Board and file a complaint.

We then called Eli at White Knight after reading their great reviews .Told him our story and he showed up the next day to take a look at what the other roofer had done (not much besides a mess). He looked over everything and had given us a price that was a little bit more then we expected but we decided to go with him anyways. A few days later he showed up with a crew of 6 and a permit in hand, and his workers began working at an amazing rate they had completed the roof within 4 days including inspections. He did run in with some minor extra work that he informed us about but he did not charge us a penny extra.

After such great work we had him install for us Solar panels and attic insulation.

Eli and White Knight were amazing you have to try these guys definitely worth every penny and super honest!!!

    GoodFellas Construction
GoodFellas construction build a new guest unit for me where my old garage use to be. I had trouble finding a good company with all the bad reviews out there, and it seems good fellas had significant amount of good reviews. We start the contract about a week after we first call them, Danny showed up and worked with us on the project. I couldn't be more happier. Will recommend them to anyone!

    Rite Fast Construction / 424.781.7483
I started by calling three local companies and getting them to come out for quotes and plans on how to accomplish our upgrade. Though Ben (from Ritefast) was the first to respond, I could tell from his plan that he was most likely going to be the one we went with. Not only was he accommodating to our needs, his pricing was competitive as well. He was able to start the following week, which fit perfectly with our needs.
Because the server room is the heart of our business, each day it was down was effectively a day that our business could not run. As a result, Ritefast took it on as a weekend (and late night) job. We shut down the servers on Friday morning as Ritefast showed up. The AC showed up and it was bigger than either of us was expecting, but it was going to give us the cooling we needed. This required a last minute change to expand the room and reroute the entrance to the space. Ritefast adapted to the change and still go the job done.
Saturday morning at 9am, they had the demo done, the new wall constructed, and roofwork begun.
Sunday morning at 9am, they had all of the insulation done, soundproofing was underway.
Sunday night at 10pm, I went by and there was still clearly a lot of work to be done. Things were progressing well, but there was still a lot to be done. I was concerned that we were going to lose all of Monday for work.
I arrived around 8am Monday morning and they were finishing up detail work at that point, everything but a second coat of paint was done. The crew had stayed until 4 or 5am to complete the work and then came back only 3 hours later to put on finishing touches. The place was already clean and nearly 100% ready to use. AMAZING! Shortly thereafter, the paint was dry enough that I was able to reinstall our servers and have the company back on it's feet around noon.
Drainage for the AC was a big concern going into the project and the original plan was to run it out the wall and down the side of the building, but RiteFast was able to run a line up to the existing AC drainage on the roof and plug into that. Seemed great. Turns out a couple of days later that the main AC units shut down and that there was some leakage from the roof. It seems like the addition of the trunk was creating some unexpected backup.
We called Ritefast immediately upon noticing and they came back and fixed the problem within a couple of hours. Everything has run smoothly since.
Our new room is quiet, cool and dust free, and the surrounding offices are no longer plagued by noise or heat from the server room, making our space more usable and allowing me to maximize our square footage.
These guys did it all, construction, soundproofing, roofing, electrical, ac, telephony, flooring, etc. Ben, was personable, knowledgeable, and kept me in the loop the entire time. Luis and his crew were friendly, experienced, and a pleasure with which to communicate.
I am very pleased and will use RiteFast again for any business or personal needs coming up.

    GLC-LA
At first they didn't seem to have anything negative. When we hired them some new reports came out, and we were not happy with their service. We had a very difficult working relationship with them. Things were promised that did not happen. We ended up having to supervise them ourselves. They used subcontractors even though they should not. They changed the scope of the work. Their pricing did not go well with the work they did. If anyone engages this company, they should be specific with them about whom they are going to deal with and who are going to be responsible.

We called his company and they quoted us $9000.00 to have the work done. We decided not to use them, because of the price.
