    The service provided was excellent. Olwen worked not only with myself but with my husband to go through years of stuff that we hid in this storage room. She helped us sort and organize our mess. Once this was done we were able to see the full potential of the cleared space. Olwen is truly a treasure she helped me get over my feelings of being overwhelmed at tackling this big project. Step by step she showed us how to approach our mess and organize it not only during that time but for the future. Thanks for helping us not only seeing the value of the things we have but to help us let go of some the treasures we were not using anymore so others could benefit from there use. Thanks to Olwen I now have a girl cave as well as a office.

    Working from home during COVID has some unexpected issues, mainly our little "home office" wasn't intended for heavy, daily use and was frequently just a mess to manage everyday. A Good Sort came in, following COVID guidelines and safety, to reset this space for optimal functionality and also made it a more pleasant space in which to pass the day. Outstanding transformation!

    Professional, courteous, quick, careful and clear communication throughout. Making the truck reservation was easy, the day of pick up we were given a window and then an update from the crew, and they were so quick and careful. It looks us two weeks to get everything into the garage (or what we could) and it took them less than two hours to load up everything and drive off. We filled an entire truck and paid less than $600. If you have smaller loads, you're charged much less, and they let you know up front that the cost depends on how much you have. Their prices are more than fair and the service is outstanding. Would and will hire again and gladly. Obviously this wasn't cheap but with COVID and everyone working from home and schooling, we absolutely needed the space and are so glad we made this investment. Now we have the garage to use as a gym, we have all the kids' rooms cleared out of their clutter and our office spaces actually function as work places. Excellent company and worth every single penny.

    Mona and her staff provided excellent service in organizing my parents' house that they lived in for thirty years. Mona gave us peace of mind by coordinating the clearing and cleaning of the house all in a week's time. She packed and mailed belongings they wanted to keep, organized an estate sale, and coordinated disposal and donation of unsold items. We appreciate her friendliness and compassion, knowledge and experience, and her communicating with us long distance (we live in Texas) and sending us pictures. Her pricing is reasonable considering all the time, work, and advice and support she offers. We highly recommend her services for estate sales and transition needs.
