  • Excellent in every way. Dr kotler is the consummate professional with expertise in his field. Every aspect of my interaction with him and his staff was positive. He is amazing and I recommend him highly.

  • Dr. McBride began seeing me February 2012 after 3 failed back surgeries had left me with a drop foot.  After months of watching my recovery he decided that a spinal fusion was needed.  In October 2012 Dr. McBride fused my spine and in doing so he relieved my drop foot which I was told I would have for life.  He is an amazing surgeon, great bedside manner. he actually listens to your concerns and addresses them.  I would recommend Dr. McBride 100%!

  • I was a highly active mom of 4 who coached marathon teams and who competed in marathons and triathlons. Following rupturing my L5 disc in the trampoline with my kids I had a microdiscectomy with a different surgeon. This operation led to 2 additional back surgeries which left me with a drop foot and continued daily pain.  I was told the drop foot and nerve pain I suffered from where mine for life. Nine months after the 3rd microdiscectomy I was in need of a fusion of my L5,S1.  Dr. McBride performed the surgery. He not only cured my back pain, he returned mobility to my foot by removing scar tissue and finally freeing my sciatic nerve.
Dr. McBride was patient, informative and compassionate.  He has a great bedside manner and obviously knows his trade.  I recommend him 100%.  He fixed the mess my first surgeon made and gave me back my active life!

  • Overall, it has gone well. We never wait more than 5 minutes for a nurse to take us into the exam room. Dr. Dahlin is punctual, she takes time to observe my parents. She does not rush us through an appointment. She is very proactive about recommending physicians and therapists who specialize with Parkinson's patients and understand the special circumstances. She treats my parent's with respect but she is firm with them when necessary. They listen to her and take her advice.

  • Dr. Tran is really busy, and I'm not sure if she is taking new patients. Sometimes, if there is something wrong with you, they ask that you to go to urgent care. I saw her about one year ago. She is extremely competent, knowledgeable, and you can trust her to be very thorough. Most internists are not as knowledgeable as Dr. Tran. She volunteers with the Red Cross disaster relief, which makes her even more difficult to see. She also will see you for OBGYN services. I will continue to use her on the future.

  • Dr Mealer and his staff are great people. You will like them immediately. Overall, his treatment of my inuries was handled well. He has 2 great, very professional locations now (he moved his Manhattan Beach location and it is 100% better than the old location). Dr. Mealer takes a conservative approach to treatment which can be either good or bad depending on your own personality. I kind of felt that I was stuck in rut with his course of treatment. I currently see a different orthopedic surgeon. The are 2 primary reasons. The first is travel distance. My new doctor's location is more convenient for me. The second is directness. My new doctor created a game plan with me on how he would approach my treatment. If you choose Dr. Mealer, you are making a good decision. Please note that I scored him and his practice as either excellent (A) or good (B). He is capable, personable, and sincerely cares for you. For me, changing doctors was merely personal and in no way should be taken as a negative evaluation of Dr. Mealer's capability.

  • I had to wait around 30 minutes before the appointment. He arrived in the examining room within 10 minutes. He asked me questions about my symptoms and examined my ears. He noticed some wax build-up and took the time to remove it. He is very thorough and informative. He prescribed some medication and requested I come back for a re-check. He also sent a report of his findings to my primary care physician which was very good.

  • She is an excellent doctor. She is the best gynecologist I have had in this area. She's very up to date with current studies. She is friendly. She listens and takes her time with you. She is on time when meeting with patients. She ansnwers all your questions fully.

  • The receptionist who scheduled the appointment was quick and clear, and she sent forms to me ahead of time so I wouldn't have to waste time in the office to fill out three different forms. I had very little wait time at the office on the day of my appointment. The nurse/aide did a quick pre-workup, and Dr. Elgharib (formerly, Salem) came in shortly after. We had a good discussion on menopause and use of hormones to counteract some of the side-effects of nature :-) and then she did the exam. In the past, other ob/gyn's that I've seen would provide some discussion ("I'm going to touch here; let me know if this is uncomfortable; ..."). This didn't happen with Dr. Elgharib, and in fact, she gave me no warning at all that the exam was about to begin. I had several minutes of great discomfort while she did her work; she didn't ask if I was having any problems with what she was doing, nor did she explain what she was doing. In fact, she seemed to be very "clinical" and uncaring for my well-being during the exam, which (as most women know) isn't a great experience to begin with. This was completely at odds with her matter-of-fact approach prior to the exam, during our talk, where she appeared to be a caring and understanding person. And afterward, she provided me with some samples of the drugs we discussed, told me how to use them and said to contact her if I had any questions or experienced any problems. So, maybe she just wanted to get the exam over with? - I don't know. I do know that a warm speculum is nicer than a cold one, and she had only a cold one in the exam room for me. :-( Even though she did exactly what she was paid to do, it wasn't a good experience for me and I won't go back to her again. I also couldn't rate the effectiveness of treatment since I don't know how well these hormones will work.

  • I had to wait around 30 minutes before the appointment. Dr. Rehm has special equipment to remove the ear wax so it was quick, easy and painless. Overall the appointment went well and he removed all the wax.
