    Riley Kellogg and Charles removed bed bugs in a 3 bedroom Rental in Mammoth.Tenants brought bed bugs in and did not cooperate before/after treatment. They failed to remove infested property. We had to treat a second time after they left leaving 20,000 in damage in a property we had just renovated for 90,000. After numerous trial postponements, we were able to get a settlement. Riley and Charles drove 4 hours to be at Court in LA at 8:30- 3 years after completing their job. Their professional presence and written report in my opinion helped us to get a reasonable settlement. We recommend them to anyone who has a pest problem- fine, upstanding young professionals committed to their business and customer satisfaction.Prices are reasonable and depend upon customer needs.

    Ron and his crew did an excellent job. They left the yard clean and free of old nails and debris. We just had the heaviest snowfall winter in decades, and the roof held up without any leaks or damage.

    Sweetwater Plumbing
    The guys examined the valve, returned with the needed parts, and reinstalled it. It now works great. Another plumber told us the whole valve assembly needed to be replaced, which meant tearing up the wall. These guys easily fixed it!

    They fixed our washing machine that my wife kept telling to get fixed. They replaced the water pump and ever since the washing machine works great. And my wife is now pleased to have it working again.

    Mike was hired to repair my stand up paddle board which had the skag torn off. The board was returned in shoddy appearance, the repair looked marginal but he assured me it was fine. After using the paddle board, it leaked repair goo all over my vehicle, and when I asked Mike about it he said that was normal and the board would completely seal over the winter. On my first use this summer, the board took on a significant amount of water, and I could literally put pressure on the area he had repaired and watch water stream out of the board. I immediately stopped using my board and dropped by Mike's house. He told me to drop it off and he would look at it. After a trip to Costa Rica with 10 students, I was anxious to get my board repaired so I could enjoy it the rest of the summer. I texted that I was back in town and asked when would be convenient to drop the board off. He responded that he was too busy and "doesn't warranty his work." My response was that I hoped he would stand behind his workmanship and change his tune, and if he didn't, I'd let the local paddle board dealer in town who had recommended him in the first place know of his business ethics and quality of workmanship. His next text to me said, "stick it b****." As a teacher in Mammoth for over 15 years, and a Mammoth resident for over 20 years, I was appalled to be spoken to in such a manner. I have to warn the public away from using the services of such a disingenuous contractor who would speak to a client in such a manner. The fact that he doesn't "warranty his workmanship" should be a huge red flag to any future clients.

    Lyndon and his crew did an excellent job.  This is the first time we used them. One is often apprehensive when you hire someone for the first time but they were great. They were very trustworthy and professional in their work and paid attention to detail. They did a great job and we are very pleased with the results. Will use only them for any flooring/wood working in the future. We were lucky to have found them and need more people like that in ML

    It took 9 months and 4 public meetings to get approvals.  Kelly took 3 months to build. 

    Kelly runs a skilled crew with deep resources, he knows how to get things done right, we never had a re-work due to an inspection. 

    We had some issues with the drawings (security doors with outside hinges etc.) which Kelly fixed no-charge.  We have made a few changes during construction none of which required a change in cost.

    We are very pleased with his work and would recommend him without hesitation.

    Our agent was Edward Orasi.
    He was amazing. Not only was he hard working and attentive to details,
    but he was a nice person as well. We found him to be knowledgeable and
    trustworthy. We live out of State but communication was never a problem.
    He answered all of our emails promptly. Once we found a home to buy we
    had to figure out the logistics of all the required paperwork living out
    of the area. Edward walked us through the process and before we knew
    it, escrow was closing. We now have investment property in Las Vegas.

    We rented from a management company when we first got the property. The owner, Cheryl, stopped using the management company shortly after we moved in. She was not willing to honor some of the details we had agreed to with the management company on the lease we signed. The biggest was the snow removal that was included in the lease. We basically told here that that was non-negotiable and she finally relented. We did have to pay for it for the following year. Everything was fine with the house except for her mean husband Jay showing up unannounced time to time. He would get very angry if he could not gain access to the house. He never called and gave notice of coming. When we gave notice to move out we told Cheryl that we would like to apply the deposit to the last months rent, She agreed, but apparently Jay did not. We did not pay the rent since it was Cheryl's house, and it really irritated Jay. He came over without warning a few times and would get upset that we hadn't paid the rent. We told him to leave the property. He did give us a pay or vacate notice anyway, but we were leaving anyhow. When we left the property we let it in better shape than when we rented it. They still owe us money back on the deposit, and they won't respond to inquiries about it.
