    Auto Computer Performance
    Beware! this company is a scammer. They said they could perform the repairs in 3-4 days. After 27 calls and 3 weeks of pushing, I received my "repaired" computer back. The computer did not work and was a pile of junk. Andrew said he found the problem but was waiting for a part, then the part was overnight delayed 4 days, then it was not done, then, then , and more excuses. He wanted to charge my credit card before work was complete. I said that once he had the repairs done, and tested, I would pay. Then he raised the price, and told me that it would be "Mostly" repaired. And that I should expect a check engine light, but it will run fine. I told him that I would pay only the original quoted price. He accepted and sent me my auto PCM. When it did not run, I had it checked out and found that none of the "Repairs" were performed. I have left several voice mails, and emails requesting him to contact me to make this right, but have not heard from him. This guy is a straight scammer. If you have any questions feel free to contact me and will give you all the details. The more people know about this company, then hopefully less people will be taken advantage of.     If I can give this place a million stars I would. I recently moved here from the bay area and only stuck with one tire place, Hanlons, great group of guys, mom and pop, and just took care of it's customers. As I was going through all the listings for local tire spots here in Madera, one just stood out, and it was this place. I was skeptical at first because nowadays, businesses have friends and family write reviews.But as soon as I called, they picked up, super professional. I couldn't believe that all of these comments were really true. He was so accommodating and straight forward. No BS kind of guy. He went through all possible options for, explaining thread counts and pricing, I couldn't believe he was actually working on really getting me the perfect fit for me and my budget. I can write and write about it, but to be frank, I am super relieved that I have found my new home for all of my tire needs. So here's a list. 1. Great pricing 2. Honesty 3. Professional 4. Accommodating 5. Great person and tire team 6. Makes sure to park your car inside the garage and not to leave overnight outside, and this is what he stresses he does 7. Will not only sell you tires, but an ongoing relationship and service way beyond the sale. Thank you, you guys are the "Real Deal". Thank you so much guys, you guys are truly "Good Guys"!!!

    Excellent! I was put in a bind by two other Transport Companies because they did not honor their commitments. I called United Auto to see if they could help me out. Great customer service from the initial call to the actual delivery of my truck. I would highly recommend United Auto Transport if one is looking for companies that honor their commitments and deliver great results.

    I recently purchased a new Mercedes, and the Service Mngr. referred  this business when I inquired about window tinting.
     
    I went on their website many times,  emailed them, and got a return email  from Michelle in office. I went into the business and spoke with the owner Mr. Funk who was friendly and personable. Told me 1-2 days is all the lead time I needed for an
    appt.. I looked at the website many times reading about tint choices and shades.
    Two weeks later when I called to make an appt., was told 1 week by very nice cashier Michelle. . When I told her what owner Mr. Funk had told me, she nicely said she could fit me in on Wed. 9th. if I left the car all day. Again I went on website reading info.
    Car was left all day on Wed. April 9th.
    Fast fwd. 5 days later. I hear a radio ad for US tint offering 15% discount , says go to website for COUPON .I'm thinking to myself that I had been on that website countless times and never saw a discount coupon.
    I drove to the business immediately and spoke with Michelle. She said I would have to speak to one of the owners, that they were pulling that ad today, as it has been on awhile. Mr. Funk came out irritated after a few minutes and asked how I was doing. I told him the tint was good so far, but that I had just heard the ad about 15% SAVINGS. He said you have to go website, print out a coupon and bring in. I SAID I NEVER SAW A COUPON ON THAT WEBSITE ANYTIME EVER, and that I felt he should give me the discount. He got red and said No, that was all about measuring the response off a radio ad, and that you have to go to website and print coupon. I said I still feel I should get this discount, I'm here and it's only been a few days, and I never saw any option for this over the last month. He said No. I told him I would convey my experience on Angie's, Yelp, the Mercedes dealer, and the BBB. He got very snotty and told me not to threaten him. I told him I am not threatening you, I am telling you I think you are wrong, and this will be my avenue to let others know of his true  customer appreciation.
    I came right home and looked at website. There is a small window on bottom right that says put in email and you will receive future discount coupons. It dawned on me that THERE IS NO ACTUAL COUPON TO PRINT. I had entered my email a month ago when 1st viewed website, and did so again today for a response. NOTHING.
    Do I think they do a good job tinting? So far yes (has not even been a week though.) Do I think Mr. Funk did the right thing regarding me and my business, NO! I owned a business for 17 yrs, and worked in retail management for 10 yrs..It is critical and imperative to be customer friendly. His attitude was not good after the fact, not conducive to good customer relations or resolution, or future business. He seems to have an attitude of," I have so much business from auto dealers that I don't really care about doing the right thing," In my experience.
    Shame, shame. Too much competition right here in Fresno/Clovis, and I will not frequent his business ever again, nor ay family or friends of mine. 
     
    What I can do is to share my misfortune with the general public about his attitude though. I don't think this coupon really even exists( or I would have received it. ) Not good business practice. And it doesn't matter what kind of vehicle I drive. Money is money. What I would have saved is over $50 dollars, and I have what I have because I don't waste or squander money.
    GO ELSEWHERE FOLKS....LOTS OF COMPETITION.WHY GIVE BUSINESS TO SOMEONE LIKE HIM?

    Overall it's very lucky on my part that i called Best Buy on the price of the speaker install cause i live in Madera and would of been very upset if i had driven to Fresno only to be told that it was going to cost over $300, more than i paid for a very good set of speakers and i told them they need to be more honest on their web site about the pricing and spoke with just half laughed at me , nice laugh at the customer ! So now i have to find another place to do the work , probly Auto Sound Lab i have heard good things about them.
