    Whole Foods Market
I really love going to this place. It is not as big as the one in Campbell so you really get that close knit neighborhood feeling. The people at Whole Body Section( I forgot their names) introduced me to an amazing Probiotic supplement(no more heartburns for me!). I also started taking Fish Oils for their Omega 3 & COQ10 for my heart. I feel so much better lately.  I also started drinking the Amazing Grass green drink & have so much more energy :)  Thanks very much!

He is highly experienced and knowledgeable. He makes valuable diagnosis and treatment plans. He is professional. It takes time to get an appointment with him because he is a busy guy. His bedside manner is professional.

They have the mastered program for swimming.  I think the membership is around $100 a month for a single person.  I would tell others that it is a good place for families and people who just want to work out without it being a glamour thing.  It is not a place where people go to show off, but is families and people that just want to get a work out.  They are not a 24 hours place, but from my point of view for when I want to be there it is perfectly fine.

I’m a part of the club.  I like their services.  I like everything.  It's a great club and the people are nice.  Their communication is good.  I would continue to use them in the future.

It's clean and they have free classes for members. I enjoy it. It's family friendly, I can trust me stuff there. It's a little bit on the expensive side. The staff is excellent. Some of their equipment isn't always serviced regularly.

I have two small boys aged 3 & 4. They are very energetic and rambunctious boys who rarely sit still. My youngest in particular is always on the move and can get very physical and angry. It had been recommended that we find him some healthy outlets for his physical aggression and a friend had signed her son (who is the same age) for a small karate class at the studio. My son turned 3 at the end of last year, so he is very young. He had trouble focusing in class for the first few classes but did participate and seemed to very much enjoy the parts of class that he participated in. It was difficult when I brought my older son and the two of them would wrestle with each other and I would have to pull them off of each other - but I didn't have consistent childcare during the class time and thought we would see if they could both take the class together. The final class I "attended" with only my youngest son who had a colossal tantrum. I brought him into the classroom (the class consists of my two boys and two other boys - one of whom is my friend the other a friend of my friend) to see if he would see the class and calm himself down but when he did not I hauled him back out to the car. He carried on crying and yelling and wouldn't get into his car seat and when class was over went back into the classroom and I had to haul him out all over again. It was ugly but no discussion or anything - just an email; Don't come back (said oh so politely, thanks!). Now I get to explain to my little 3 year old who would get all excited to put on his karate outfit that basically the karate teacher had no patience for his nonsense. That sure is going to help him with his anger a lot! I'm going to have a great week!

Master Charles Edmond's is a sixth degree black belt who is vibrant and energetic. He manages to infuse the classes with information and keep everyone moving at the same time. He's also one of those rare individuals who can manage a large group of kids while making each child feel unique. When he switches hats to the teach the adults, he is able to change the intensity and engage everyone. Master Shawn Edmonds specializes in working with the younger kids. Her brand of soft spoken emphasis, combined with high expectations meansthe kids really love working with her. My family and I have been attending for almost two years, and we adore them.

I like everything about them. They have great aerobics and great teachers. My membership is $43 a month. It's a great price. I think it's $47 for new members.
