SOUTH BAY SEDAN & LIMO SERVICE
I was quoted $75 and they charged me $150. I thought the driver was great and prompt. After all of their fees and add on's the price literally doubled. There was a $25 other fee that was never explained. The driver was very nice and professional. Everything was fine except the price.

    Double K Travel Services
They did a really good job. I was surprised. They had been to the place that I am going and they could give me some background information on it. I was looking for a travel service that was local and I couldn't find anybody. These guys had what I was looking for. They get back to you. They are responsive. They are quick. I had a question on the price and they explained to me why it was different than what I thought it would be. So far they have taken care of everything.

SOUTH BAY SEDAN & LIMO SERVICE
They were on time, very professional, the car was clean and in good condition, and the driver went out of his way to return my cell phone which fell out in the car.  They did an excellent and professional job.

SOUTH BAY SEDAN & LIMO SERVICE
This was overall a very good experience.   The web reservation process was straightforward.   The car showed up exactly when scheduled and was clean and in good shape.   The driver was professional and not overly chatty  (which is just a personal preference of mine).    I've used them before and will use them again.

    ORLANDI TRAILERS
They are on a busy street and it is a little awkward to manuever a trailer into their lot. However, the minute I pulled in they sent out a guy with a yard tow to unhook my trailer and move it quickly and comfortably out of harm's way. (This may have been because I was kind of blocking the entrance a little.) Based on my experience with them, they appear to have all the trailer expertise in the world and it looks like they are pretty busy because of it. I had called a day ahead and explained the service I needed and though I showed up a few minutes before they opened in the morning, they were ready for me. They knew what to expect and their obvious professionalism instills confidence. However, I had to wait a few minutes while they helped other customers who began to show up just after me. They called me the following day and let me know the trailer was ready as scheduled. When I went to pick it up they had done important part which was rebuilding the brakes. However, they had forgotten about the spare tire carrier. When I asked about it they immediately went to the shop, got the carrier and tools and spent about 15 minutes bolting it on. The irony is that they seemed to have no problem with the hard part of rebuilding the brakes, but struggled with the carrier. Also, the tire that they sold me did not match the specs that I told them I wanted, but it was close enough to work. Regardless, I used the trailer for a couple of trips right after that and everything worked perfectly, including the carrier. I had not realized how bad the brakes had gotten over time, but when they were done my stopping distances were much shorter. The difference was night and day. As far as pricing goes, I would say that they were better than average. They didn't give me a screaming bargain, but it was still better than I expected. Also, I've had other companies that found new problems once they started to take things apart and that always makes me suspicious. At Orlandi, they did what they said they would for exactly what they said it would cost (mismatched tire notwithstanding). I won't hesitate to use them again.

hey were to book flights/hotels for a trip to Europe. With the flights as with the hotels, they would advise tht they found something but I had to book it immediately or it would disappear. I would call directly and determined that there was plenty of availability. They would offer prices higher than when I called directly. Worse, they tried to steer me to the hotels that they have fee arrangements with, misrepresenting the characteristics of the hotel they tried to steer me to as well as those of hotels I found on my own (that they did not want me to book). In one example, they told me not to book a hotel room I found because it was too small while recommending a room that was even smaller. I was looking for a suite to house 3 adults, and they advised that nothing like I was looking existed. Yet very good options were available on Expedia. They charged me $150 even though they booked nothing for me.

As a result I end up paying 3,900 more dollars then what I thought. I tried to contact them in this matter and no one would help. I had used them for other trips, however I am disappointed with their service on the trip to China.
