  Water damage had ruined part of the sheetrock on the wall where the showerhead comes out. My wife and I weren't sure whether to go the easy way and just get the damage repaired and paint touched up, or to just repaint the whole bathroom. We went with the latter, and are glad we did because it looks great :-) At my request, Troy researched materials to use to replace the sheetrock, gave us a few to choose from, and helped guide us to the best choice. He did extensive preparation, and put on a primer coat before applying the new paint (two coats). He worked around our schedule (we like to have just family in the house once dinner time rolls around (typically ~7 pm). We are very pleased with the results. Troy has seemingly unlimited knowledge, but if he comes up against something he doesn't know, he researches the topic (on his own time, not ours) and then tells us what he has learned. He has helped us with deferred maintenance on a number of other projects. He can work by himself, and we trust him to the point where we have both left home, leaving him to work by himself. In summary, we highly recommend him.

  Richard confirmed several days ahead and arrived right on time. He immediately started to work and the list of over 50 items and checked those off over three appointments. He is very articulate and can explain with ease exactly what he is planning. We kept finding more things to fix and he has continued to assist us including fixing a fence that required some very innovative thinking when a tree pushed it out of place. Not only is he very smart and also pleasant to work with he finds and recommends fixes that make our lives better. He receives our highest recommendation for quality work and innovation. You will need to book ahead as he is in demand.

  The work ended up being a bit more complicated than originally anticipated due to a pre-existing uneven door frame. Troy worked very hard to get the door to fit right in the frame, and he completed the work to my satisfaction.

  Richard is booked four weeks out so I made this appointment in September. He emailed the day before the appointment with a reminder. He arrived exactly on time with all the tools and materials necessary to fill the cracks in the mortar in our chimney. This is our third time using Richard for tasks around the house.   I really can't say enough about Nick Yegge and his wife, Michelle, and the quality of work that this company does and the quality of human beings they both are. I found Nick through Anglie's list, and his reviews were already good. I selected him among several people I considered for the initial work. I liked him because he seemed honest, sincere, responsible and ambitious. I have not been disappointed. The quality of his work is excellent as is the work of the people he does business with. Chad and Jason, two of his carpenters, and Nick are just wonderful. Not only are they good workers, but they are true craftspeople with an understanding that presentation and aesthetics are part of the job. Nick has also identified problems with my house, including a small termite infestation that other workers, including my roofer, missed and a pretty major problem with my roof that was also missed by my roofing contractor, who I also found through Angie's List. Don't get me wrong: the jobs didn't go perfectly. But the outcomes have been excellent and compared to all of the other contractors that I have done business with in the last two years (roofer, pool contractor, electrician, painter, HVAC sub., plumber) - many of them identified through Angie's List - Nick stands out for his honesty, truthfulness, integrity, knowledge, workmanship, aesthetic judgment and plain good sense. If Nick tells you something, you can know without a doubt that it is the truth as he sees it.

  Valley Heating, Cooling, Electrical and Solar

  they could not do the work I paid for..........so the guy said you paid for 2 hrs of work, do you have anything else that needs to be fixed? He did replace 2 other outlets, but if we didn't have anything else, he was going to leave and not do anything! I feel like I wasted my money and I paid someone else to do the original work requested. not good

  Legacy Construction Inc

  Nate provided excellent service in this small quick job, including removing dry rot, patching up foundation, reframing old entrances and window openings, putting in new windows and doors, crafting a hand-made garage door, laying down siding. It's tough to find someone to do all of these different construction tasks in a timely economic manner.  Legacy was the right choice.
