Worst customer service ever, I recently purchased an air gun from Pyramid air it was immediately lost in the mail, They have told me they've refunded my money about 3 times and Every time I go to my account It's still not there it's been over 2 months I bought an item I never received and they Are still charging me 2 months later... I'm really over being lied too!

I woke up one morning and got on the scale. I was at my heaviest weight ever. Something had to be done. I looked into my options, as far as gym memberships went, and checked them all out thoroughly. Once I decided which one I thought would be the best fit for my family, I took my wife in and we decided to join up. Aside from the run of the mill individual activities we could do, they had many group activities in which we could also partake. And you can't forget about the daycare.

Bathrooms are very large and clean and allow for privacy. Instructors are always around to assist you but do not bother you repeatedly.

    Caleb, Stewart W.
I struggled with sciatica for more than two years. My visit to Caleb was a last ditch effort to avoid surgery. Two people that I know from different environments (one work, the other social) informed me that Caleb had kept them from needing surgery. I'd already visited a massage therapist, chiropractors, pain management specialists, general practioners and other physical therapists in search for relief. Though I chose to go ahead with surgery (a microdiscectomy) after meeting with Caleb, I saw Caleb more than a dozen times after surgery for physical therapy. He kept me on a sensible program to rebuild muscle and reestablish proper mechanics after surgery. Though he pushed me to improve, he was always cautious not to push too far, too fast. Perhaps what I liked most, and what helped me trust his care all the more, is that from the very first visit he made it clear that his goal was to get my body to the point where I would no longer require his services. He has now gotten me to that point. Though I'm thrilled to be strong enough to move on, I'm going to miss spending time with Caleb and his team (Nikki, Jesse, Dolly, etc.); they made every patient feel like they were part of the Advanced Performance family.

We were shown around the entire gym when we walked in. The employee was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to go over any questions we asked. Some classes that are offered are TRX, boxing, Zumba, and circuit training. We signed up right away.

I last went there about three years ago, but my son goes there regularly because he is disabled. We pay a $16 a month for the membership, and $53 for personal trainer for an hour. My son is disabled, and he is like the most favorite person in the whole gym. Everybody is extremely personable to provide him the best environment possible. The price is awful, but it is good for everybody else.

I highly recommend Acton Karate. The owner, Frankie McConnell, is a 5th degree blackbelt with seemingly unending patience with his students. My little boy is in the 3-6 year old class. He has an excellent rapport with the kids. They crowd around him and talk to him with ease. He always brings a sense of humor, and a calm demeanor to class.  It is amazing how much my little boy has learned in just a few months. It builds his confidence, and the belt tests are a good way to practice "performing" in public. The kids have to show Master McConnell, and the audience, what they know when they are ready to test for their next belt. Periodically, during class, he also questions each kid to see what they need to work on, and gives them a stripe for their belt as encouragement. So they get to practice being on the spot. He helps the little ones if they need a little boost, and he's very encouraging. Whenever a child demonstrates a move, or is similarly put on the spot, the rest of the class gives them a "You Rock!"  Acton Karate is a wonderful way to boost your child's confidence, build character and team spirit, and give him or her a real sense of accomplishment.

I feel a little further driving out. So, I don't go there quite as often. My experience with them was good. The customer service and the equipment seems to be good. There are plenty of equipment to use.

They basically have a bunch of classes that I don't see at other gyms. They have a kettlebell class, a boxing class and a TRX class. The staff seems responsive.

It went very well. The prices were great and I received my merchandise in such a quick time that I was amazed. Definitely plan to do business with them again.
