David was extremely professional throughout the entire process. From the initial call and consultation we tossed ideas back and forth, his vision was exactly what I was looking for. He promptly sent images of ideas and websites for me to review and even though we didn't exactly meet at times he was flexible to accept my idea and in the end we came up with something I am very proud of! To be honest...there where issues, but not with him! He came through and directed his team to fix not only things I found, but even things that did not fit his image of perfection....he never flinched, his quality was excellent and did not let his team fall behind! AConstruction MastersI RARELY write reviews, but I want to explain why I am so BLESSED to have found Construction Masters! I was put in charge of helping my family remodel their home in Encino. There were many things that needed to be done: installing new tile, repairing gates and doors; restoring original bannisters, dry rot, kitchen and 2-bathroom remodels - some major things but also all the odds and ends. The quality of the work, attention to detail, the range of technical expertise was above and beyond. The workers were hard working, efficient, and highly professional, often going above and beyond to give the little extra care to the home. Throughout the whole project it was ***easy to communicate****, easy to schedule, timelines and options were clear. I could be at work and know that everything would take care of everything for me. AI had to disconnect a gas line from my dryer and was too scared to do it on my own. The technicians who came by were super nice and were totally understanding and helpful. They offered to charge me nothing for it, which is pretty amazing considering they are putting their own health and safety at risk coming in to people's houses during COVID. I can't recommend them enough.

APaul, came quickly, same day, tightened up the back panel which the previous tech left loose. Which seemed to work. 5 minutes later the noise returned. I texted Paul, who returned and after further checking discovered the compressor was not clamped down either. After securing the clamps. The noise stopped. Never sign an appliance warranty again! Paul was great!!
