    They had the best pricing out of all of the other companies I researched and gave a triple A discount. Every mechanic I have ever gone to has had cars stacked and kept cars for weeks. This company is not overloaded with cars to where they can't get people out at a timely fashion.

    The A/C in my car only worked if it wasn't hot outside. I knew it needed to be "charged" but didn't know if it had a leak, something was broken, or worse. They tested the pressure which was below spec and charged it up to the correct amount. After testing the A/C and finding that it still wasn't cooling, they asked permission to evacuate the system. With my OK they evacuated the system and recharged it to spec. with coolant and dye. This corrected the problem. The car was returned to me with their instruction to run the A/C continuously for several days to allow the dye to work through the system and reveal any leaks that may be present. The A/C has been working fine. A few days after the repair I used the car to take a long road trip to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and back. The A/C continued to work great throughout the trip and is still working wonderfully.

    We had driven to Phoenix from California in our Dodge Ram pickup pulling a fifth wheel. On the trip we noticed a weird shifting problem and took it to Tri-City Transmissions which was highly recommended by Angies' List. We talked to the service rep who told us they had an opening at 7 am Friday  morning. We made the appointment and dropped off the truck. Before we left the rep told us we would be given a call at the end of work Friday. Since we were traveling and expected back by Tuesday, we made some calls, got a rental car, paid for a couple extra nights and changed plans to make this happen. We never received the Friday call, they were closed Saturday, never looked at the truck (the appointment got us a place in line behind 12 other vehicles), and when I tried to contact them Monday morning was told they had nothing to tell me and wouldn't even let me talk to the rep! I told them I just wanted my truck back and was coming to pick it up. When we get to the office the usual help has cleared out and the manager/owner (??) was there to give us the keys. Not wanting any confrontation I was prepared to leave with lesson learned but, no. He asks us what was wrong...we tell him we're disappointed...he tries to convince us they really did look at the truck...we ask him what was wrong...he can't tell us anything...says it's a really complicated problem (we can't understand??)...then as a parting shot insinuates we were foolish for leaving on a long trip with a "broken" transmission (which they never confirmed)! To sum things up they seemed really arrogant and not concerned with consumer satisfaction. They claim to be the best at fixing transmissions  (per manager) which may be true but, they need to get rid of the "don't call us we'll call you"  policy when not dealing with another shop. Being the best isn't only about repairing tough problems with transmissions, it's about communicating with respect and honesty to various customers with differing needs.

    Going to Bruces Tires is like entering Cheers. You are greeted with a smile, a story
    and a complete estimate of cost of the services you need. The owners, Kim and Dennis  run the store
    and often do the work, sometimes going beyond the required like the time they replaced my rear view mirror.                                     They have been my go-to car shop for 35 years. The work is prompt and thorough.
    I have purchased tires from Bruces Tires many times and the last time they were cheaper than Costco.

    We take our car in every couple of months for maintenance and tune-up. Every experience has been good. They are great at locating the issues. They are clean and honest. Very accommodating and never a problem within the last 5 years of service. They sell the tires there so they can change and maintain.

    They have pricing that is about 50% less expensive than Sacramento for auto services. I drive 100 miles round trip to service my car with them. I didn't buy my 1st Mercedes from them but after my first time they serviced my car, I have not went anywhere else. They are just stand up people and I can't think of anyone better to service Mercedes vehicles. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who owns a Mercedes. Everyone at Berberian European Motors are phenomenal. As long as they are there I will be going to them.

    The cashier went off on me and was very angry when I asked about a ratest. He was very rude. Today when I came in i asked what to do the the keys and he started screaming at me about my return and talking to Ken at Lakewood auto. Lucky? is very rude I told him that he needs to talk to the customers more politely and without screaming and trying to argue. Everyone else has been very nice and polite!

    Very pleasant experience overall. My new Honda completely stopped working and I used John Foulke Auto Repair as a mechanic because it was within the 5mi tow area that I get with AAA. Turns out I picked the right random company. They were very helpful, updating me throughout the troubleshooting process and helping me figure out what was wrong with my car. They were able to determine that a fuse/relay type thing (i dont know much about cars) had gone bad and suggested at that point that I take it to the Honda dealer because it should be covered by warranty and then it would be much more affordable for me. I was so impressed with this honesty I decided that should my car break again I would go to John Foulke first no matter what. In the end they didn't even charge for the troubleshooting and diagnosis of the problem (which Honda did even though I told them what it was). They know what it means to be a good service provider, rare to find these days, but refreshing.
