    He takes the time to talk to each patient individually instead of just trying to see as many patients in an hour. Both my wife and I have had the best experiences with him. He really shows that he cares about his patients. Since I've started seeing him I've lost around 40 pounds altogether.

    They are a Health Maintenance Organization. He is very thorough. He is a very good doctor. He is very caring. He is not really a doctor that we see at the hospital, he is a doctor that we see at the clinic. He has good bedside manner. They are very professional.

    I like that it is close. Most of the people I know are on their plans. I think they have the best practice for senior citizens. I have been using them for 25 years. I have had several things with Kaiser.

    They're awesome.They spend time with you when you're in your appointment and you never feel rush and they never forget about you in waiting room. They go and then check and then they come over with you. I would use this provider again in the future.

    He has good bedside manner and he's very thorough. He doesn't treat us like a number and rush us in and out. He takes the time to make sure that he addresses the needs and he pays attention to what our concerns are. He treats us like a patient.

    It's difficult to rate the ER (both good and bad) separately from the Doctor (really terrible). I'd been in the ER Waiting Room in Pleasanton twice in a one month period. Both times I was there for pneumonia-related problems, and both times I desperately needed oxygen. Nevertheless, we were all placed in line in the waiting room in the order in which we walked in the door. The triage nurse who finally saw me was good. He listened carefully, recorded my problem accurately, and got me on a gurney with oxygen very quickly. It just took me a long time to get to him. I waited on that gurney for 40 minutes, screaming every time I coughed because the pain was excruciating, and not a single person spoke to me. I finally got up and left. The Physician and nurses' notes for that visit were falsified to make the staff look good. I went directly to my own Kaiser ER by ambulance as soon as I got home, and was seen immediately and assessed and treated quickly. I won't return to the Valley Care ER any time soon, God willing. In re communication? I've written to them numerous times and received no answer whatsoever. None. Communication = F.

    I have been going to her for eight or nine months. She is very friendly and she makes me feel comfortable by asking questions. It is really easy for me to explain what my problem is. The staff is fine. They can do lab work and x-rays right at the office.
