    They were on time and did a beautiful job. The salesmen helped us get a really good special, and the two installers were excellent. They put booties on and kept their feet clean, and the tint is perfect.

    I've gone to Tony at BP (also known as Beetle Power, though he works on other imports as well) through three cars and ten years and he has always been caring, fair and unfailingly competent. I have no idea what I will do when he eventually retires!

    It this place could receive an F- if I could. Horrible unethical people here. They put through bait and switch twice. I asked for an OTD price quote on a 2016 Acura AWD RDX. Once they gave me a formal email quote and I asked to confirm the specs. They did so and confirmed it had AWD. I then came in to ask more questions and we ended up negotiating a deal with an add on. I was not paying for it that night so they told me to sign a sales quote, counter signed by sales manager, to have the car brought in next day. On my way home, they the sales guy called to say he made a mistake and did the pricing on a FWD. he said the Sales Manager was going to revise the price (again, after we signed). Fortunately, they only asked me to come up 500 so I agreed on the phone. I show up the next morning ready to pay and a different sales manager says no way, the price is too low and I need to give another 1000 above the 500. Otherwise, no deal. He didn't offer anything in concession, only sorry that the salesman and the other sales manager did the math wrong . And that if it were him, he would not buy the car. But other than that-- doesn't matter if we signed a quote, doesn't matter if we agreed to a price, doesn't matter what anyone else said and I won't even try to go above me to ask. Pay me 1000 more or don't. I told him to send me an email response with the GM copied saying they were not honoring the deal struck and he didn't even blink-- email sent. My father was with me and almost had a heart attack yelling at these people in the middle of the showroom. They didn't even ask us into a private room. We went down the street and bought a Lexus on an honest deal within 1,5 hours. We told them what happened at Acura and they did it right. I would not trust anyone here. Autonation should close this place down or swap out the entire management and sales team.

    Find a more trustworthy, customer oriented place to have your car washed (there are others) or watch your credit card carefully after using it at Autopia. We were mistakenly signed up for a $32 monthly service billed automatically to our credit card at Autopia in Livermore.  When we realized the problem, we notified Autopia.  They acknowledged the error but only initially refunded half of many months of charges.  Then after many unsuccessful attempts to contact them over three months for an explanation, suddenly they called an agreed to refund more, for a total of 90% (authorized a person by the name of Burges).  But the check that finally came was substantially less than what they said on the phone.  Now we are back to no responses from them and no explanations.

    It was excellent.  The salesperson came in under the price that I was hoping to get by a couple thousands dollars.  Other dealers were more expensive.  I got the car the same day.  I walked out with no money out of pocket with a verbal agreement that I would pay 3 days later in full.  They were good people to deal with.

    We are moving long distance and traveling in a motor home. The day we were supposed to leave, we discovered a problem with our batteries not charging. We were referred to Dean by Paul at Napa Auto Parts (on Chestnut) and Dean agreed to check it out for us. Upon inspection, the batteries (all of which were less than one year old) were good, the connections were good, but they had no charge. Dean proceeded to locate our alternator. Even though he does not do mechanical work, he was sympathetic to our plight (we are selling our house and were supposed to be out the day before, and we were moving across the country with four cats) and removed our alternator. He bench-tested it, and as luck would have it, it was bad. Dean would normally rebuild it, but due to our time constraints, he had to locate and purchase a new one. He installed the new alternator and charged up all three of our batteries for us. He saved the day! HUGE kudos to Dean and Theresa for helping us out of this enormous bind we found ourselves in. If we were staying in the area, we would DEFINATELY use them again!

    Car was picked up without a problem.  Delivery to Massachusetts occurred faster than anticipated.  They held the car for me for a couple of days, as my family was not home when they arrived in Massachusetts.  Held in yard for two days and delivery occurred without incident.  Would use them again.

    They are very polite and knowledgeable. They drove my wife home and so she didn’t have to wait. They had trouble with repairing the vent switch but I would use them again. They are good for tune up and oil changes.

    I set up an appointment to come out to our home and give me an estimate. I was a bit worried, after getting the and quot;hard selland quot; from another company, Not to worry, he patiently explained the different window films to me, and what I could expect from each of them. I felt the quote was very fair. I picked our film, set up an appointment, and are very happy with the work that was done. I
    highly recommend them. Ah, if only every business was run this way.

    It is a great mechanic. They were phenomenally honest and good. In auto repairs, they can rip you up. But they take care of you and I totally trust these guys. They are not the cheapest, not the most expensive.
