ADavis RoofingVery honest and professional group. They did a phenomenal job on a complete replacement of my flat roof including any underlayment and pest work associated with it. The contract was specific and easy to understand, plus they readily explained each item to be done. The office manager/scheduler, Cintra Davis, has significant knowledge of the trade and is familiarized with past, present and future projects. Cintra is meticulous and a pleasure to work with. Owner Mike Davis has vast knowledge and experience in the field of roofing all types of homes. They took detailed before and after pictures so that I could see exactly what was done. They offered financing that was convenient, fair and reasonable. They stand behind their work, The second job was on a different house that needed significant roof repairs and pest work. The crew completed the roof repairs in a timely manner. They were responsive to all of my questions. Both houses needed a great deal of work, and some items were inadvertantly missed. The crew was sent out right away to complete those items. They are clearly a business of integrity. I highly recommend Mike Davis with Davis Roofing Group. I would suggest the owner (Mike Davis) review the work any complicate jobs where he is not directly in supervision.- Victoria S.

APrime roofingJose and his team responded quickly and efficiently to our emergency during the big wind storm recently. He was able to tarp the roof (in the pouring rain and wind) to prevent further water damage and was able to return to complete the roofing job timely. We are very pleased with the workmanship and attention to detail of Jose and his crew. They communicated well with our insurance adjuster and with us. They showed up on time every work day and worked hard to complete the job. In spite of the stress of this event in our lives we could not be happier with our experience with Prime Roofing.- Don T.

AThank you Chriswell Home Improvements for an amazing Bathroom remodel! I would like to share my five star experience with Chriswell home improvements. After searching for awhile and having more than a few companies over to see the bathroom that was to be remodeled and get an estimate, I decided on Chriswell and I’m glad I did. Richard and Amanda came over and I appreciated that they worn masks. They looked at the bathroom listened to my needs and wants, took measurements and then we sat around the kitchen. They figured out a few different possibilities for the bathroom all the time showing me how everything broke down and answering any question I had. We finally settling on what worked best for my family and budget. This was super refreshing after having several contractors and companies simply pop there head in the bathroom take no measurements and quote some crazy price out of what seemed to be thin air. Thank you Richard and Amanda for listening and making my Bathroom remodel a success. However it was not just Chriswell Home Improvement sales team that left me feeling great about decision. When the day came to start the project I was met by the foreman Mat, The Contractor Dante and his assistant Merlin. They told me exactly what they where going to do and how the next couple of days where going to play out. Chriswell dose not use subcontractors so all the people working on my bathroom actually work at Chriswell. This gave me piece of mind knowing that every one was on the same page and held to Chriswell’s high standards. I was especially impressed with Dante and Merlin. Out the gate Dante made sure that I always knew what was going on and encouraged me to ask him anything if I had any questions. Which I did. Having Dante working on my bathroom being a third Generation remodeler and with his decades of experience made me even more confident that I had made the right decision. Dante added some little details which really meant a lot to me and definitely enhanced the overall look of the bathroom. Dante and Merlin where both respectful, worked hard and keep there work site tidy and clean. I could not have asked for two better workmen to do this project. Thank you Dante and Merlin for your hard work. The Bathroom looks great and our Family loves it. All in all I am super happy with the outcome of the bathroom remodel and I look forward to working with Chriswell home improvement again on future projects. AIt went great. We have remodeled three houses and always had bad experiences whenever we used a contractor. Kenny, owner of KTD Construction, is hands down the best contractor. His pricing is fair and often less than other competitors. He is always in contact with you throughout the project, which is rare. He is an exquisite carpenter and framer and his crew are all courteous and professional. He is a fast worker, gets the job done right and even hauls all project debris and cleans up after with great attention to customer satisfaction. Our neighbors even commented that it’s hard to find a good contractor and one that works weekends no less. Kenny will also help find sub contractors for plumbing, electrical, drywall, and if they don’t follow through Kenny will see to it that the job gets done on time and to the highest standards. AThis is an amazing company from start to finish. Very responsive, easy to work with, respectful and very clean! Roofing can be a really messy job and these guys were CLEAN! I have an old school terra-cotta tile and they matched it perfectly. They repaired old broken tiles, re-papered where it was needed and prepped the entire roof for solar. They installed a matching composition shingle in every area where my solar company was going to install their panels and it came out PERFECT! You can not see the composition roof and the solar panels look like they are recessed in the roof giving it that flush mounted look. Honestly, i don't write reviews, I'm too busy...I have four kids and full time work and home projects. I am just so impressed that I could not not write a review for this company. Oh! and they also changed all my vents to a low profile vent that looks like a tile so you can't even see where the roof vents are, simply AMAZING! I highly recommend this roofing company!

AHe found the leak right away and fixed it (probably). It's not rained since but I'm confident it is fixed. He also went and checked other vents and caulked them. I appreciated that he looked around the roof area and checked for other possible problems.
