    At the sudden passing of my father-in-law, we were not prepared to designate a provider to handle his final disposition. We asked for him to be transported to the closest mortuary, which was Lincoln Funeral Home. I called them to begin the process. They had already dispatched someone for the pickup. I was shocked to be quoted $2,730 for a direct cremation as was his request (the body is not prepared in any way, just transported to the crematorium with no container). Oh, and the urn is an extra charge. That evening, I located a direct cremation service in our area and was quoted $795. My husband called LFH early the next morning to let them know we would not be using them. He was told we would have to pay $695 for three days storage (until transfer to the other provider)! While we certainly expected to be charged by LFH, we considered $695 to be an outrageous amount that is akin to the remains being held hostage and only released when a large ransom was paid. Bottom line, AVOID Lincoln Funeral Home. There are other options at a far more reasonable cost.

    From Lisa who took my call to John who performed my work, I couldn't ask for a better experience. John came out and found the issue and looked for ways to save me money while fixing the issue. He was able to pinpoint the failure to the power supply board. Left with the option of ordering a new board and looking at $400 repair bill he went out to his truck to see if he had the capacitors he thought were bad - he happen to have the 2 I needed. Asking if he could use a table to solder I found him a suitable place and he proceeded to unsolder the bad capacitors from the power supply board and install the new ones. A few minutes later while we both crossed our fingers - it worked and my plasma tv fired up as if nothing was wrong. In this day and age where service is out the window - John and Video Tech was way beyond my expectations and they did an AMAZING JOB!!!! I will keep them on my short list in the future and If need a TV serviced you should do the same. I can't say enough about the experience I had - I was beyond impressed?

    The transition from listing to close was extremely quick. I was able to rely completely on Mrs. Romano for every aspect of the sale, from listing, to showings, to closing and all paperwork involved. She is very experienced and exceptional at what she does. She made it a stress-free experience during a typically stressful time.  Advertising and signage provided by the Van Horn Group was above average. Mrs. Romano was professional, courteous, and she made me feel like she really cared about my family and our move. I would highly recommend the Van Horn Group and will certainly call upon Mrs. Romano for my next real estate endeavor.

    Despite what I considered the high cost, I was worth it to have the job done right.  Chimes work fine, clock works fine.  Showed up on time and had genuine concerns that repairs were done right and clock performed the way it should.  Definitely would recommend him.

    In my humble opinion, the home I viewed was very dirty. Certainly not ready for a showing. An entire section of the fence was laying on the ground, mostly in the neighbor's yard. The ad even depicted "fenced yard". After the showing, I called the office and mentioned this to the receptionist that answered. Her response was that they would not rent it that way. They would do what was needed prior to move in.
    Since I only had a short exposure to this company, I used the NA option more than usual.
    They had some positive reviews. As a potential tenant, I would simply make sure that any issues were addressed prior to move in.\
