    Sweet! Pet Care by Tracy Ann
    Tracy is an outstanding Dog sitter. We recently moved to the area and needed pet sitting for both our dogs and once we met Tracy we knew we had found gold. Our doggies love her and she genuinely loves our puppies. We have hired her on 3 different occasions and every time we utilize her services we are confident that our puppies are well taken care of. Tracy even when out of her way to find another sitter to fill in during the holidays for us on a day she was not available to pet sit for us.     Becky's Pet Care
    We have used Becky's Pet Care a few times. I am extremely happy with the care our dogs received from Becky and her staff. Our dogs are very spoiled and are also both on medication. Becky and team treated our dogs like they were their own. When they came back to our house to watch over our dogs, both dogs rushed to see them, tails wagging, and so excited to have them back to watch over them in our absence. I used to always worry about the dogs when we would leave them overnight - did our dog sitters give the right dog the right meds, did they really spend the night. With Becky's Pet Care, there's no doubt that they are well taken care of and the peace of mind I have when I'm away from my dogs is priceless.

    Cha Cha's Doggie Daycare
    They advertise structured daycare but all the dogs do is mill around.  If a dog in the small dog group plays too much they move his to the big dog side.  They actually try to make the dogs have a nap time.  If you express concern that you dog should not be with the big dogs they say ok but do it anyway.

    All Pets Boarding Resort
    Chelsea is approx. thirty pounds+/-. Theoretically due to her weight, (on the fence) considered a large dog, but because of her age and fragile health, All Pets Boarding allowed her to to stay on the small dog side. Thank God. She doesn't like big dogs, because when she was a puppy, prior to me rescuing her, she was beat up alot by larger dogs than herself. Chelsea enjoys smaller dogs, because she doesn't feel threatened by them. All Pets Boarding sympathized with her history, her current health condition and fragile state. During the process of checking her in, I watched her body language. I could tell she was relaxed, she wasn't shaking from fear and she warmed up to the staff preparing her for her stay. A BIG releaf for my eyes to witness. When the staff member began to lead her away, Chelsea never looked back at me. That is the very first time she didn't turn her head back at me. She use to look at me as to say, why are you leaving and abandoning me. What a relief!! Chelsea hadn't been boarded in over four years. Chelsea also had to be given medication and her meals served with a little extra twist. I returned from my trip and I was very anxious to see how she did. She was very happy to see me and appeared to be very relaxed. From past boarding experience, when picking Chelsea up she was depressed looking, walked with her head down and was with drawn for several days when she returned home. Not this time! When we arrived home, she was a happy old girl and behaved as if she was never boarded. I have always relied upon her body language. Her body language is like a moving picture, that can speak a thousand words. The staff said,she did great and enjoyed all the smaller dogs. Chelsea returned to All Pets Boarding in July and stayed only a couple of days. She had the same body language, relaxed. Again did great. This time I think she felt like she was on her own little vacation. I couldn't say enough great things about All Pets Boarding. They have a very carrying staff. They are professional, but also very down to earth and personable.

    I took my jumpy little Yorkshire Terrier in for a well needed haircut and nail trim. They got him in within a couple of days and had him looking just as I requested in just a couple of hours. I am happy to have changed groomers to them after being with another groomer for years. They had a change in customer service so I tried a new groomer. The Dog Spot won our business!!

    They are very good. I like them because they are very good and also because it is cats only and I don't like going to mixed vets. It is very peaceful there because you know that it is only cats. I have been going to them for six years. Their price is comparable to other vets in the area.

    My parakeet had been acting very lethargic for a while, but the final straw was when she stopped eating completely. The doctor I saw at the Bird and Pet Clinic was very knowledgable and spent a considerable amount of time examining her, then explaining to me all of my options. She advised specific treatments, but didn't push them, being very understanding of my financial situation. I proceeded to administer the antibiotics and special diet she prescribed for about 10 days.
    My bird is much better so her hunch must have been correct! :) A little pricey, but I understand they are specialty veterinarians who demand more reimbursement for their skill sets. Good experience and I would use them again if, God forbid, the need again arises.

    Dr. Kelly and her staff are very professional, but at the same time very gentle and concerned. Cali has become relatively comfortable having the treatment and it seems to give her back a lot of the energy she had when she was younger.

    Sometimes they are responsive and sometimes they are not. I am not entirely satisfied with the type of customer service that they provide. It is just in general. Their claim service is a little slow. Sometimes they required more detail than I think that they need. I think that it is a little high. I will continue to use them for my older dog, but when I get a new pet, I will not use them.

    Sunrise Boulevard Animal Hospital
    I noticed that my cat was urinating blood. I took her to the vet and we discovered she had lots of gallstones. She was put on a diet that was designed for breaking up the stones and we were going to watch her. She took a turn for the worse and stopped eating and drinking and just seemed like she had no energy. I made an appointment for first thing in the morning and took her in, but had unfortunately missed a message from them saying the vet had to cancel her appointments for that day and was out sick. I literally broke down in tears in their office, because I figured I was getting her to them just in time. They were so incredible and understanding. They called the vet at home to get some direction and they even tried the other vet who was on his day off but he was out of town. After checking her out, they talked to the vet again and recommended I take her to an emergency vet and said if they could get her stabilized, I could bring Libby back the next morning if I wanted to do that, too. They would take her before any other appointments. So I took Libby to the emergency vet where they evaluated her and did some labs and told me the worse news I could imagine. They could start to treat her, keep her overnight, give her some meds, but she was in kidney failure. And that it was so advanced, that depending on the course it took, I should start thinking about putting her to sleep. After lots of consideration and thought, I asked them to give her some meds and fluids enough to get me thru the night so that I could take her back to Sunrise Animal Hospital.
    First thing the next morning, I took her in and saw Dr Rosich who was so apologetic for not having been there and said she was even going to try to come in but all her kids were sick. I completely understood but it was so nice to hear that she had that much concern for my little one. She looked at the labs from the other vet and while she did agree that the situation was dire, she was ready with a course of action and a plan and I felt like there was hope. I had a couple minutes with her and they wanted to get started right away with treating her. She stayed in the hospital for 4 days and at the end of the time, we got the news we were waiting and hoping for and her labs showed she was doing much better and it didnt seem to do any major permanent damage. She would have to be on a new diet and we would monitor her closely, but she was able to come home! It seemed like everyone in the office was even as ecstatic as I was that she was better. And that meant so much to me.
    Unfortunately, after I brought her home, she wouldn't eat anything. I tried anything and everything because they just wanted to make sure she started putting on some of the weight she lost and started eating again. I ended up having to take her back for them to give me some high calorie food and show me how to, if needed, force feed her. Turns out, I did have to do that, at least until she started gaining weight again and eating on her own, which she did eventually after a few days. Even tho we werent home free yet, she was already so much better. The next couple of rechecks were just to make sure her labs were still good and to discuss options for her diet. We finally stumbled on one that was similar to her old food and she seemed to take to fairly well. Thank goodness!
    I will never be able to express to everyone there how much everything they've done means to me. They saved Liberty and now to look at her, you would never know there was ever anything wrong.
