AMillennium Termite & PestThis company is on the ball. My appointment was scheduled very quickly. The inspector was knowledgeable and professional. He quickly identified the captured bugs as flying ants (not termites) and proceeded to inspect our attic, which was next to the room in question. He discovered rodent scat and the lack of insulation, two things of which we were unaware. The office person followed up immediately with a proposal.- BECKY M.

AEcoGuard Pest ManagementTrap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. ADefender Termite and Pest ManagementHydrex Pest Control was easy to work with and they send out skilled workers who actually know what they are doing! Also, if there was an issue such as I had one board come apart, they came out the NEXT day to fix it and that was after I paid them! I felt very comfortable with their Workforce and they were exceptionally honest. AJose did an excellent job of carpet and rug cleaning---and fixed a problem. Before starting, he put plastic protectors under the feet of furniture that couldn’t be moved. Instead of the usual spray + vacuum device, he used a rotary cleaner (similar to a commercial floor polisher). After cleaning an area he placed fans, then moved on to the next. By the time he left, the carpet was dry, soft and without cleaning solution residue. Before he started cleaning, Jose spotted a lump in the carpet and said, “I can fix that.” We’ve lived in the house for 16 years, and assumed it was a warped floor board. He explained that it was wrinkled carpet pad, and said he could cut the carpet, remove the excess pad, then repair the carpeting. After he finished the carpet was flat, and the carpet surgery was undetectable. I’m now a loyal customer and have referred Carter’s to two friends since.
