They damaged my brand new bedroom set and a antique dresser, they sent out a person to repair my furniture, the job was acceptable, but it was my new bedroom set, and when I called to set up my appointment, I specifically told them that my new set was to be wrapped because it was new. The head board and foot board and mirror was not wrapped at all, my dresser was wrapped and the truck was so filled that it got 2 big chips out of it, my high boy dresser was wrapped as well, it had chips and scratches on it as well. I called the owner and requested a refund and he told me I could get a refund or I could pay for the repairs bill on my furniture, but I couldnt have both, he also told me that i was being mean to his company, because I wanted both. Over all I would never use them again and I would tell all my family and friends never to use them either. They are not licensed, or bonded and are not insured which I just found out on Angies list. Their web page says the are licensed and insured and bonded. I can believe that they are on Angies list. Go to show that angies list will let anyone join it.

    Frey's Moving Co
Freys Moving I do not recommend this company for several reasons. We are 70 & 75 years old and would have appreciated the workers following our suggestions to keep us from picking up very heavy boxes consistently. The idea is to put heavy boxes on the bottom with lightweight boxes on top..............NOT our story can be read as an alternate version of truth. Owner knew the square footage of what he was moving; however, his 23 or 26 moving truck was unable to do the job with one move. It required two trips for almost double money. There was no estimate done because of distance. I warned that two of my items with casters each had one defective wheel. I wanted to remove the defective caster and wrap the bare leg with bubble wrap for the move so the mover wouldnt get hurt if the caster fell off during transport and the part wouldnt go missing. The first movers said not to worry that they would take care of it, but the second group ignored me and when the item was delivered, it was missing the replacement repair part I had previously installed. The packed boxes were labeled them with wide, black blunt marking pens on top as well as one side of the boxes to stack the boxes and read the sides for contents. The movers did not consistently do this so consequently. I can see kitchen boxes in garage and vice versa and haphazardly. My husband said to place ALL patio furniture as well as the barbeque in the back yard. That did not consistently happen. Labeled master bed or master bath should go into said rooms. Boxes labeled Gs closet 2 of 3, 3 of 3 or Js closet, 1 of 1 their whereabouts are unknown. The Gs closet 1 of 3 wound up inside the house, but the others? Youd think that something labeled closet would get their attention. My husband and I would like to change our clothes, but first we need to find the boxes in the garage - also shoe box missing. My husband indicated two times that a particular item (garden wagon) should be included in the move and was ignored; consequently, it was not moved. I saw a 48 x 36 framed fabric mural that was sitting in a small pile of their trash consisting of peeled and broken lemons and an emptied, crushed V8 juice can I was told it was their trash. Woo-hoo. I wanted to do a walk-through before the truck left and was ignored and my new recliner chair (and a couple of boxes) was left behind. The moving company owner mentioned that he would drive his personal truck to pick them up, but I dont know how the chair will be protected during the transport I do not want bugs, road dirt or rain to ruin it (its only a year old) and a plastic drop would blow away in an open truck bed. A box from an already unpacked chair from a furniture store would work. Kevin Frey, the owner, refuses to cover it or get an old box from a furniture store to use. He also had a meeting with his crews and they blame me and my husband for the trouble. He doesnt believe any of my complaints. He wont come over to look at the problem he says he doesnt have time. So much for my money. The movers couldnt remove from one of the rooms the bookcases our previous movers placed in the room. I have lost so much money because of this moving company. Interesting that he wont believe the people who pay but will believe the people getting paid. Since unpacking, I have found damage on almost each piece of furniture way beyond gouging in wood, metal paint scratches - no kidding. Disgusting. It has been 12 days (April 1) since moving (March 19) and weve just found our closet boxes.

    Supreme Clean
Excellent. Showed up on time. Worked efficiently. Cleaned all agreed upon items. Did not require any "call back" to address missed items. I was always pleased with their service and have recommended Supreme Clean to friends and acquaintance over a number of years..

We would definitely use this moving service again. I recommend them very highly. Even from my first call to arrange the move to saying goodbye at my new front door; they made our move less stressful and almost enjoyable. The entire moving company from start to finish is professional; even explaining things 2-3 times over if need be.

You're not going to find a better value with the attention to detail that Stu provides in the greater Sacramento area, period. In fact, in all the places I've lived, Stu provides the best value I've ever seen.
Stu is just awesome. Great guy, his helpers genuinely care and are careful of their surroundings. The quality of the installation really shows while the slate is being leveled and the cloth is being installed. I'm already saving up money to have Stu come back and recloth and install new rails with higher quality products. Repeat business is the best kind!
I really enjoyed the inaugural game with Stu as well. :)

    Two Men and A Truck
Two movers from Two Men and a Truck arrived on time, gave a detailed estimate, went over exactly how the move would take place, wrapping each piece of furniture carefully, and placed each piece per instructions. They were good listeners and very professional. Price charged was very reasonable for work done.

Robert knocked on my door, introduced himself and was initially polite. He went to his delivery truck and returned with the first small sectional and a helper. As they approached my front door, I asked if they could remove my front door before carrying it in to my home. Robert said, no, it (the door) didn't need to be removed and approached the door shoving and repositioning the piece because it was TOO BIG to get through the door. I asked again, please take the door off. Robert ignored my request and shoved the piece through the door. The piece of sectional was placed on the floor and was unwrapped. When Robert and his helper left to get the second piece of the sectional, I examined the piece shoved through the door and found a scratch. I went out to the delivery truck and told Robert what I found. He attempted to convince me, the scratch was part of the leather. I rebutted and said no it wasn't. He left and went to his delivery truck and returned with the large sectional. As Robert walked down my walk way, I repeated myself and and asked Robert to remove my front door. At this point Robert's attitude became hostile and said, no he wasn't removing my front door and continued to shove the last piece of the sectional through the door. His face was turning red because he was physically struggling having to back up and reposition the piece until he was able to shove it through the door. I told him, I never have received furniture in my home with out the front door removed. I was furious at this point and told him, he was just plain LAZY! I called the manager at Arizona Leather and he was very upset Robert defied my request and for his rudeness. Robert went out side and was on his cell phone talking with the manager of Arizona Leather. Robert came back into my home and apologized for 'getting in my face', but he was in a hurry. I told him, what was his point, he being in a hurry had nothing to do with the lack of care delivering my furniture and ignoring an defying my request to remove my front door.

It is evident Robert is too old and out of shape to deliver furniture AND to deal with Arizona Leather's customers. In my opinion, he has taken Arizona Leather's business for granted and believes he can be rude to their customers with out being held accountable. Hopefully he'll find out NEVER take business for granted. I have never had any one deliver furniture or appliances to my home with out removing the front door first or had to deal with any one so rude.

    Auburn Moving Co
I liked Auburn moving and I would absolutely refer them again!! I am a residential property manager and we have decided to include this company with regards to move because they did a fantastic job. They were quick, good attitude and were very organized. They made a total of 3 stops and I would consider Auburn Moving as one of the best moving companies I have ever dealt with.

    Tip Top Movers
I stayed up all night packing and getting ready. I will be honest that I was a bit grumpy when they arrived due to no sleep. He flat out told me that we weren't going to be able to get along and he wasn't going to do the job. I of course, apologized profusely and begged him to stay because I had 2 days to get out of my apartment. He refused to stay and left me there, in the apartment, stranded with all of my large items to still move.

ABF was easy to work with. It proved to be the most economical way to move a small amount of furnishing from coast to coast. They delivered the moving containers exactly as planned and were very professional in handling them, taking care not to damage our property. They picked up the containers as planned once we loaded them and transported them across the country in 5 days. Since we were taking our time driving our car back across the country, we asked ABF if they could deliver the containers to our house in Virginia a week and a half after they arrived at their depot near our home. While they could have given us a hard time and demanded extra money, they did not and were more than cooperative. My experience with ABF U Pack Moving was excellent. I highly recommend them.
